I was recently trying to have a roof inspection done on a foreclosure I was interested in bidding on. I ended up coming against a few hurdles, and could not move forward with the house, but Rick was really helpful and accommodating while we were in the process of scheduling the inspection. To start, he answered my request for a bid with minutes. He gave me a lot of information, was very upfront about the limitations of any inspection, and was easy to work with. He was also willing to squeeze me in quickly to help me beat a tight deadline (3 days!) I will definitely be keeping this company in mind for future work!

Neely Roofing did an amazing job installing our metal roof. They removed the tile roofing. It was a big job yet they were fast yet careful. Rick was easy to work with and so was Paul. His employees are extremely hard workers, pleasant and courteous. Nothing short of 5 stars. We love our new roof.

A previous contractor told me that the screws on my metal roof had deteriorated due to being thirty years old. They replaced the worst ones and some missing ones. I could not afford to get all of them done because their estimate was over 6k. I found screws ALL over my yard after they were done. When they returned to fix a piece they had replaced but forgot to cut, they advised me that I had better get the screws replaced pretty quickly because it was a miracle the roof wasn't leaking.
I called Neely Roofing and Rick, the owner, personally came out a few days later. He checked the roof and gave me a much better estimate than the previous contractor. He also explained everything about metal roofing and repairs.
He had his crew out within a day and they finished in less than two days. I didn't find one single screw in my yard, which was very helpful for my OCD. I searched and searched and couldn't find one! Rick also has videos/photos of any additional problems they find, so you can make an informed decision about repairs without having to get on the roof yourself.

Mr. Neely came over and personally got on the roof to measure, after completing the evaluation he explained everything from start to finish. His guys came in and in two days completed this large roof and cleaned everything up, the yard was better after he left than before. No nails or scrap pieces anywhere to be found and he even replaced some damaged wood and no extra charge. It's rare in this world to find someone that is honest and completes what he says he is going to do. I recommend Neely roofing to anyone. Call them if you need roofing help! We have had a leak for a while, several actually and insurance wouldn't cover the cost. Mr Neely came out and inspected the roof and fixed the situation in the spot. My husband was here and really really liked the guy. We have not had any leaks since. Very fair prices as well and was quick to respond to our call. Also, Linda in the office is amazing, so sweet and professional. Didn't rush me or make me feel like another number. She did everything she could to get someone out ASAP. Mr Neely even called us the next day after the rain to see how things were holding up! Who does that in his day and age?!? It really shocked is and made us feel valued as a customer. No wonder they have such great reviews on here which is where I found them.
