I'm a resident of an apartment property currently being re-roofed by Needham. The past month has been the equivalent of living in a mine field. At the conclusion of the work day, Needham's workers leave, but their debris remains. There are nails, many of which are rusty, scattered across the entire property. This includes both drive ways and primary walk paths.

The picture attached is a collection of nails in primary walkways I picked up while walking my dog. It is a miracle a resident or an animal has not been injured. The highlight was an old shingle with a single nail sticking out of the center along our apartment's Main Street.

Upon speaking to the complex, and voicing my concerns...it appears the amount of nails in walk-paths have decreased. However, they are far from gone.

I will be thrilled if I escape this experience without needing a tire patch or a tetanus shot. Everyday I experience an Easter egg hunt of rusty nails.

Would never use their service because I wonder about the values of the company . Today at 2:20 pm at Tollway and Frankford, a man in Needham Roofing white truck crossed 4 lanes of traffic cutting us off while we were merging. This man was angry, rolled down his window, yelled at us and flipped us off. My 4 year old niece wanted to know why that man was so angry.
