DO NOT HIRE THEM. We put a new roof on two years ago and were recently gone for seven months and returned to a leaking roof. They sent someone to look at it a few days after we called. Its now been three weeks and they won't come back to repair it. Three neighbors also hired them because we were so happy with our roof. Of the three, two had problems. Now we have a problem. Our roof had never leaked until they installed the new metal roof over the original asphalt roof. It leaked at a bath vent, which had never leaked before. When they originally came and looked at the 1 ft by 2 ft brown spot, he said it was ""an accident"" and acted like it was no big deal. Poor customer service. We just want them to come back and fix their mistake. They said Neil Strickland retired and his son is running the business now. I wonder if Neil Sr ran it like this.

I'm having a leak now which they have responded to. Getting attic leak but doesn't appear it's coming from roof. Ice call ac people who tell me that it's roof. I don't mind paying I just want the problem fixed

We just had our roof replaced by Neal Strickland Roofing and they did a fantastic job. The crew put in long days in 95+ degree weather and did quality work. I would highly recommend them. They also left the yard clean of any nails or material from their work.

Once again, I have been completely pleased by Strickland Roofing. I had a very small repair to be done at one of my listings. It had to be seen to professionally, and the only person I wanted there was Neal Strickland. He looked at the issues, assured me of the situation, and remedied the situation. I am at peace with this.
Prior to this, Strickland had re-roofed my house, and he had re-roofed another neighbor's house. Donna had a slight problem with her roof, and Strickland made sure everything was perfect. They are the best!!
