This company was exactly what we were looking for. Roger is the owner and he replied to my questions within a reasonable time. We asked for a total roof replacement, replacement of 3 layers (2 asphalt shingles and 1 wood shingles) from our old home. He gave the most reasonable price from all the other 6 estimates we got. Each day his crew started early and left late to get more work completed. Roger took care of dealing with the city for the permits and inspections. At the end of each day, his crew would make sure nails were not left behind and used the blower around the perimeter. The end result was a great looking roof for a comparable price and less gimmicks. Thank you Roger and others for renewing our home with a new look a protective roof.

These guys did an incredible job on my commercial roof. Tore off my old roofing, installed new 4' x 8' skylight,new vents, new drain pockets, downspouts, vents, and metal cap around complete exterior. It's a tricky roof being a barrel trussed roof. They did an excellent clean job. They obtained all permits and inspections.

I needed a roof repair from a water leak caused by the rain, which required a section to be reroofed.

I am surprised when a roofer shows up and doesn't even go up on the roof to examine the condition and level of repair needed. However, Roger thoroughly looked at my roof. He even put something on my roof to protect from further damage when he came by for an estimate as a courtesy. He shows you he really cares about his customers.

when I decided to have my roof change before the rain season come, I made request through yelp and received 3 estimates, Roger's proposal came through which is affordable, clear cut and let me know exactly what are they going to complete, especially his quote is a fixed price, what I don't like the most is some of the contractor quote me a price and then keep adding different charge every day, nickle and dime the homeowner. on the work start day, Roger and his crew came on time and start the work right away, they have materials ready as well. through the whole job, Roger is always on site and very easy to reach him for question or concern, they finish the job on time with good quality, Roger has taken video and picture to show me as the work progress. Overall, I am very satisfy with ND roofing services, Definitely will use them again.
