After demolition the team noticed we needed to replace more wood than expected. They were able to work with us to find a solution that worked for our budget. Asked for a quote. Stated if they did not do tar and gravel not to come.
Scheduled appointment again stating verbally and in writing if they did not do tar and gravel don't come. Assured again that they do. Eric arrived on time. We discussed tar and gravel. Went up on roof (I think but didn't hear him up there) Measured for gutters then came to the door and said he needed to tell me they did NOT DO TAR AND GRAVEL! Sounds like BAIT AND SWITCH to me. I caution you to be very careful if you are thinking of getting a quote from this company
