This roofing company sent their men out at 7 am on a Saturday to fix a roof at a next door neighbors house. The office doesn't even open until 9 am! The men working were VERY inconsiderate about the time and or even cared to stop. I even asked them to hold off until a decent time and they basically told me to go away and Ill call my boss (but they never did). For most people Saturday is a day to sleep in, I have two kids and a full time job and like to have the choice to sleep past 7 and same goes for my kids. I would never recommend a company that doesn't care about their neighboring friends. There is also a noise ordinance the company did not enforce.

A family member used their services a few years ago and recommended them. I got a few other estimates from other companies but decided to use them. We were on a wait list for several months because of the pandemic but they were very communicatve and straightforward through the process.

Navarro Roofing let us down!
Nvarro Roofing repaired our roof four years ago when we bought our new house and we were pleased with the work. Therefore, they were our first choice for some repairs that we needed to do to our roof due to hurricane Irma. However, this time our experience with Navarro Roofing was a very different one.
It took me several phone calls, and almost a month of wait for me to be able to get an appointment for an estimate (even knowing that I was a repeat customer). More than once I was told that they were going to call me back to schedule an appointment for the estimate, and they never did. At the end they advised me to wait two more weeks because they were busy. I did, and was finally able to get the appointment for the repair estimate. The person that came to do the estimate told us that he was going to send the proposal via email by the following day. He did not. I waited for a week and decided to call the company to find out what had happened, only to find out that the person had gone on vacation (it was around Christmas), and was not going to be back until the following week. However, this person never mentioned this to us when he assured us that we were going to receive the proposal within one day. I was finally sent the proposal almost two weeks after the day of the inspection. We agreed on the price, sent the signed proposal via email and made an appointment for the following day in the afternoon for the owner to stop by our house to get the signed proposal (hard copy), the deposit check, and also to agree on a day to start doing the work. However, this person did not show up to the appointment and did not call to cancel it either. I had to make several personal arrangements that day to be at home on time for the appointment. I waited a hour and called the company, but by that time they were already closed for the day. I sent an email expressing how dissatisfied I was with this experience, how disappointing this was, and how customers (especially returning customers like us), deserved more respect from them.
It has been a week already after my email to Navarro, and I haven't heard back from them (not an email, not a phone call to apologize, and to try to make things work). Definitely I am not doing business with Navarro Roofing ever again.

In the world of construction, Navarro roofing will always have my business and recommendation. This company has shown an aptitude and dedication to my home like no other previous contractor I have ever had and I have had many projects over the years. Navarro Roofing met every demand that I imposed and last minute changes to a home that has a complex roofing system that cannot be entrusted to just anyone. Between the skylights, angles, plumbing, electrical, solar panels and insulation there was no condition that Navarro Roofing did not tackle with absolute precision. They were honest and professional with quality and meticulous workmanship. My best friend who is a GCC was so impressed with Navarro Roofing that he is now using them for many of his largest public and private contracts. I highly recommend that anyone who is interested in a fair price with quality work to consider Navarro roofing.

This company is laying to you all the time changing the contract, charging more money and always trying to charge you more money for any cause, always come late to work and go early, they work about 4 to 5 hour a day only, always they found an excuse not to come to work and they do not call you to let you know that they do not come to work that day. I do not recommend this company at all. If you want replace or fix your roof stay away of this company.
