Very professional and everything was right on schedule from tearing off the existing roof to city inspection. We were expecting some delays, materials etc, because of covid but everything went so smoothly. The bid included everything, there were no surprises

I'm a single woman that just purchased an end unit townhome. I noticed myself, that I had a shingle missing. I called several roofers and this gentleman is the only one that got back to me. He came out the very same day that I called him just to check it out. He said he'd be out in a few days to come repair it. He came out a day early. Went up on the roof fixed my shingle and address some other situations up there for me. And it was a very very fair price. Not only is this man knowledgeable but he's prompt he's responsible and he's not a rip-off. It's hard to find good Business people these days and honest contractors. When I need a new roof this gentleman and his company is going to get the job. Thank you again for your promptness your professionalism and your knowledge Raul. :)

Shoddy & over-priced.

Navarro did some work for our HOA. The workers were slow as molasses, were not competent at the work they carried out (replacing some decking) and did a very shoddy job. The HOA President had to act as foreman, as the owner only showed up when a complaint was made, and then just shrugged his shoulders. The job was a pure rip-off.

Don't bother calling these guys. They came out and gave me an estimate on a new roof. City didn't approve it, but I needed small sun-room roofed. They gave me an estimate. I tried to get a schedule and work out the details for 3 weeks with no response! Do you really want to trust your roof AND your money to a company that ignores you??? Good luck getting them to come out for any warranty work after the job is done and your check is already cashed. HA!

Navarro roof was impossible to get a hold of. When the owner finally sent his nephew or some other young person to take measurements, they never even got back to us with a quote. Obviously, we went with a more customer-service oriented company.

He did my roof as well as some neighbors and friends.
He replaced my Spanish style clay tile roof in the early 2000's and it is still nice.
It turned out well for me, so I woud recommend him based on that.

Navarro Roofing removed an old roof and installed a new composition shingle roof. They were prompt and professional. All the work was performed on a timely schedule and John was a pleasure to deal with.

Recently had issue with the roof and John came out to look at issue. I will follow up with the resolution.
