Navarro recently have been doing sections of an apartment complex I live at in OC. They've been unprofessional, dangerous and gross.

First day I found that one of them took a pee in the corner of my car port. They must've done this because they didn't know they had access to the pool bathroom yet. Now my car port has a disgusting dry pee stain on the asphalt. Because of that I started parking my car so close to the wall that I had to climb out the passenger side. This was to prevent them from having space to get back in that corner again. Each day I'd come back to see if they peed again or did anything else, because I didn't trust them. I suddenly found that a beach chair I keep in the car port was moved to an area I never put it, and a neighbor's beach chair was in my area. I realized they had been taking our chairs to use to sit on during their breaks. So, I had to then bring in my chair so they couldn't use it.

One day I found a open rack of nails sitting in the grass where kids play. They left it there for the night, as their day was finished. Also, they would leave about 3'-4' of a ladder hanging over a walkway all day and night. It felt precarious and dangerous.

Another day around 11:30AM one of the workers was tossing down old roofing tiles maybe 3' from the front door of one of the tenants. I watched multiple pieces being tossed from a second story window and shatter all over the concrete, and break into a bunch of pieces into the grass. We have tons of children in the area and they play here all the time, sometime barefoot. For a couple weeks I've been picking up shards from the grass when I found them. I called the manager to report this.

A neighbor of mine told me he's watched them multiple times stare at women as they walk by. And no matter who you are, they give long, glaring and rude looks when you drive or walk by.

I can't tell you how many old, rusty nails have been left behind, along with huge splinters of wood, broken tile pieces and other trash and debris.

I can't imagine there is not a better and more professional company that can service the SoCal area. I'd never recommend Navarro Roofing for any project.

Navarro Roofing installed the roof on a house we recently purchased. After a small rain shortly after closing we noticed a small water leak at what appeared to be a seam in the gutter. After contacting the builder it turns out that a metal fabricator installed all the gutters and that firm is no longer in business.

I called John for help and he was more than happy to meet me at the house and climb on the roof. No small feat given the access cover to the roof weighs about 100 pounds. The roof his folks installed looked great and it appeared the caulking on one of the seams needed to be reapplied. While this was a small job for his company his folks were great to work with.

In addition, he noticed that the roof hatch was not stainless metal and was beginning to corrode, his folks cleaned, primered and applied rustoleum to seal the hatch.

I would absolutely use Navarro Roofing in the future.

Very professional and everything was right on schedule from tearing off the existing roof to city inspection. We were expecting some delays, materials etc, because of covid but everything went so smoothly. The bid included everything, there were no surprises

I'm a single woman that just purchased an end unit townhome. I noticed myself, that I had a shingle missing. I called several roofers and this gentleman is the only one that got back to me. He came out the very same day that I called him just to check it out. He said he'd be out in a few days to come repair it. He came out a day early. Went up on the roof fixed my shingle and address some other situations up there for me. And it was a very very fair price. Not only is this man knowledgeable but he's prompt he's responsible and he's not a rip-off. It's hard to find good Business people these days and honest contractors. When I need a new roof this gentleman and his company is going to get the job. Thank you again for your promptness your professionalism and your knowledge Raul. :)

Shoddy & over-priced.

Navarro did some work for our HOA. The workers were slow as molasses, were not competent at the work they carried out (replacing some decking) and did a very shoddy job. The HOA President had to act as foreman, as the owner only showed up when a complaint was made, and then just shrugged his shoulders. The job was a pure rip-off.

Ok finally I get my roof done it's about time with help of Navarro roofing I honestly thought it would take longer the guys it look easy my home look makes it difference
