I never provide reviews but after the experience I just had with Nations Roofing & Construction I was compelled to share my experience.

Nations Roofing's sales guy, Dan Rutherford, was extremely helpful in helping us pick a shingle roof system. He also explained the lifetime warranties shingle manufacturers provide and that they're not actually a lifetime product warranty. Makes sense, nothing lasts a lifetime - LOL. There are several warranty options to our surprise.

We decided to go with Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles with their max protection warranty, a 5-Star Warranty. The 5-Star warranty we elected included 25-years of manufacturer backed material AND workmanship warranty. This gives us piece of mind that if ANYTHING goes wrong with our roof, whether it's a material failure or workmanship errors, we know we're fully covered for any expense that may arise with our roof for the next 25-years! Oh, and if ever decide to sell we can transfer the warranty to the new homeowner.

They were quick to get us on their schedule. They showed up as scheduled with a crew of approximately eight hard-working gentlemen. The crew completed removal of the roof, performed some wood repairs, and installed all roofing in only 1-day on a 2,000 square foot house. There was rain in the forecast that evening and they didn't stop working to make sure we stayed dry.

Nations crew was well organized, polite, and mindful of us and our property. They cleaned trash throughout the day with a final thorough cleaning up all landscaping and lawn upon completion.

After researching and getting 4 estimates. I compared the type of material that was going to be used, prices and reviews. The material used was the best per Google..
After speaking with Dan about one of the quotes received that was double the price. I needed reassuring that there were no hidden cost ( this was an out of pocket unexpected roofing job). Clean up was good and roof done in 2 days.
I am happy I picked Nation Roofing. Kristie came to the house for me to sign the contract. My emails were answered promptly. I highly recommend them.
