My roof was originally replaced in April of 2017. The roofers were very careless and 4 outdoor chairs had damage along with a deck and an awning. This was not the final problem. The roof leaked in 2 spots by chimneys. This did NOT show up til we had torrential downpours in February of 2018. I called 7 times and nothing happened. I sent a complaint to the BBB on 4/3/2018. The company president called me on 4/7/2018. The owner and 2 workers arrived at my house on May 10. The workers caulked the 2 chimney areas and tested their results. One chimney did NOT leak, but the other chimney still leaked. The workers said that I had to talk to Anthony (the owner). I have left messages at his office, but have not heard from the owner to resolve the leaking roof.

My father and I loved working with this company! We worked with Justin and he made the whole process so smooth and easy. He helped us with our insurance claim and explained everything thoroughly. We had never filed an insurance claim before and have heard horror stories of contractors taking advantage of their customers, but we're grateful we came across Justin and Nations Renovations. Getting the work done took no time at all. Our roof looks great, everything is restored, and it was all done right!

A very large hail storm caused a lot of damage to my home and roof. My husband and I recieved a few estimates on repairs, but Nations Renovations seemed like our best choice. Nations worked with our insurance company to get the most work done for what our insurance had offered -They also repaired our fence and gutters! Our roof was repaired quickly and the crew was so considerate:They tried to not walk inside the house as much as possible as to not track dirt in my home!
