I hired this company to remodel my bathroom. They were amazing! They were fast, they worked with our hectic schedule, and even got it done in a couple weeks. They were clean, quick, and always on time. I cannot recommend this company enough.

After seeing an advertisement for metal roofs by National Home Craft of Central Florida, we contacted them for an estimate. The salesman came to our home, evaluated our current roof and wrote the estimate. He showed us various pictures of their product. He showed us the items that would be used in the process. We signed the contract and scheduled the work. On the second day of work when the actual metal was being placed on the roof, we saw that the screws that held the metal were visible. This is not at all what we anticipated based on the photos. We tried to call the main office and got voice mail and left a message that we needed to talk to someone. The next day we called the office again numerous times throughout the day. On one of those calls, we talked to the Production Manager. We made it clear to him we weren't satisfied with the roof, as it in no way matched the appearance of National Home Craft's ad, of the many home pictures we were shown by the salesman, of the pictures of completed projects on National Home Craft's website, or of any of the pictures on their Facebook page. He seemed sympathetic about our displeasure and assured us he himself had taken many of the pictures we had seen.
Later that evening, on Apr. 18, 2013, we emailed a letter to National Home Craft in which we clearly stated our concerns and our displeasure. We closed the letter saying we would not pay the balance for this project until the appropriate representative from National Home Craft came to our home to view the project. The next morning (Apr. 19), we called National Home Craft and spoke with the Project Coordinator, who agreed to come to our home that morning. He offered no interest in our opinion of how the appearance of the roof differed from the pictures. Even when the pictures were studied under magnification there were no screws seen.
National Home Craft of Central Florida has no interest in accurate advertising or customer satisfaction.
