Nastar is the worst - their work is sub-par. they use the cheapest material including nails that rust immediately -they outright lie- I finally researched them now after the fact and they have multiple law suits against them. WARNING. DO NOT USE NASTAR-

I contracted with Nastar in Aug. 2022 and sent them my deposit which they banked. The contract indicated work was to be done, Oct. 12-14. Now, post hurricane Ian, many times I have emailed them and or spoke to them on the phone and requested that they indicate when the work would be done. They promise to call back, and never do. After speaking with a solicter. I sent them a certified demand letter, indicating I would be suing them for breach of contract and then the difference between their quote and the cost to replace the roof by another company. This is not a supply issue as they are currently roofing homes in my gated community. Do not just get your deposit back and let them off the hook for a legitimate contract. I refuse to be bullied.

NASTAR doesn't guarantee their work. Do not use them! They put a new roof on my house and somehow created a dent in the front of the roof (photo attached). It appears they used a warped piece of plywood. They will not fix the problem. Additionally, after they removed my old roof water was allowed to run into the house and flooded in interior. It cost me $2,700 to repair their damage. No response from them!

Replaced entire roof in 2016. All seemed fine. Recommended this company to my friends. So sorry. If you need repairs done you have a better chance winning the lottery. Their customer service is nonexistent. Just words ... nothing gets done.

Nastar Roofing was hired to fix my leaking roof. They never properly sourced the leak merely guessed as to where the leak was coming from and why. They ripped up some shingles slapped some sealant on in different places and my roof still leaks ...right in the same spot it always has. They were out two more times but once again guessing as to why the roof was still leaking...slapped some more sealant under the shingles... and yup still leaks. I've spent the last four months trying to get them to fix it properly and now they just ignore me. I'm sure they are hoping the one year guarantee on their workmanship runs out and they can tell me it's out of warranty. However...that's right... they never fixed it to begin with.

We had Nastar out to our home to fix a leak in our roof. They have been back 3 times for the same leak, and now have stopped responding to calls, all after 2 separate managers said it would be taken care of. Today, the receptionist told us (sight unseen) that it's not covered because it's in a different place. It is not, it's the same spot.

I would never recommend them to anyone, they were quick to come and give a quote, and I have no complaints with the timely manner in which the work was done. The problems come when you have two leaks and they will do nothing to fix them. They won't call you back, I have called five times and was told each time that someone would get back to me, it has been over a month since my first call and nothing has happened, no phone calls. It's obvious that they will not stand behind the work that they do.

I would not recommend this company, we put on a metal roof a year ago and they are still coming back fixing leaks, now they diverted to leak to my launi, so I have my living room and outdoor ceiling ruined, I think its time to hire an attorney!
