SO appreciate Ron and his crew! Our house (like so many others) had leak issues during Hurricane Harvey, and we had some water come through along with ceiling stains, mold/mildew smell, etc. I called Ron, and he didn't have any crews available but offered to come in person to try to give us an initial estimate. He was super helpful and thorough and spent plenty of time talking with us about the issue and giving us options for repair - including how to do some temporary repairs on our own to save $$$. The next day, his crew came out and did a water test to more specifically diagnose the problem. Instead of having us pay the service fee for that test, Ron waived the fee and called to let us know that our short-term solution should hold just fine for now since the leak is minimal, and that we can let him know when we'd like to work with him to do a more extensive permanent fix. So appreciate his generosity and honesty, especially in the aftermath of Harvey! Five stars for sure - highly recommended!
