I'm very pleased with the service from NV Roofing. Our rental property in Napa needed a new roof, and we live a couple hours away. I was able to work with NV Roofing via email to get the job done. I appreciated the prompt inspection, estimate with options, communication and efficient job. They were very easy to work with from a distance. Also,once they had the old roofing material off, they discovered some dry rot which they went ahead and took care of. I highly recommend NV Roofing. They are hard working, good people.

Choosing a roofer doesn't happen too often in a lifetime, but it is a huge decision! After getting several bids I knew that Bruce from Napa Valley Roofing was someone who cared about us getting the best and most secure roof as much as we did. His crew is the hardest working, most conscientious team I've ever seen and they left our property as clean as possible every day.
Bruce described to me all of the work that needed to be done and answered all of our questions patiently. His foreman Jeff was here every day and ensured that each phase of the project was completed with attention to detail. I think you can tell that I highly recommend them! The whole experience was beyond our expectations!

We had a great experience last week during all the heavy rain. Our tenant called us as we had a leak coming into the kitchen from the roof. Mary had someone get back to us very quickly and out to take care of it. So happy they could help us out as more rain was coming. Very pleased with the repair work and price.

Called for a bid, the owner came by the same day. The process was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Received a bid in a couple days and it was very fair so I hired NV Roofing to do my house and my shed. They came when they said they would and completed the entire task in three days. Jeff and his crew were fast, neat, and and worked well as a team. They even took my large skylight apart, cleaned it and caulked it.

What is a measure of a good company? To me, the measure is not when the job is easy, but when the job is difficult. I had a leak in my roof and based on the reviews, I gave Napa Valley Roofing a call. They came out promptly, gave me a good price and did the job. Promised me that if it's still leaking they'll come out and tarp it and see what else they could do. Well, the roof leaked again but they did what they promised, which was awesome. My roof leak was difficult (something I would not have been able to figure out on my own) but Bruce treated my home like it was his home and kept working at it until the job was done. Napa Valley Roofing is the very definition of a good company. The last thing I will say is that if your reading this review, then your search for a good roofer is over: call Napa Valley Roofing, they do what they say and they do it well.
