My driveway pavers and front porch, needed to be stripped, cleaned and resealed. In addition I have travertine tiles around my pool which were stained and had mildew between the tiles. Zach explained the process and Nano Seal guarantee. Jack and Matt led the team to renew all the pavers and travertine to pristine condition. Zack came back to check on the completed job and to make sure I was satisfied with their work. From the 1st appointment for the estimate to the final inspection every step of the way was handled professionally.

Note that for some reason it says that I am from San Francisco, but I live in Conroe Texas. The job was in Conroe.......

My home has pavers in the driveway and also in a medium-sized courtyard in the front of the house. The paver polymeric sand installed by the original homebuilder seven years ago was degrading so I contracted NanoSeal to remove and reseal the polymeric sand and also to seal the driveway pavers with NanoSeal ESX and NanoSeal A5X-30 (for a higher gloss) in the courtyard. The job cost between $1000 and $2000. The job was done in August 2023. The entire job looks HORRIBLE and the NanoSeal sales representative is nowhere to be found 6 months later even though there is supposed to be a warranty for the product and job. If I could rate the job as less than 1 star I would have!

What went right - essentially nothing!

What went wrong - where to begin?.......

1. POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP AND LITTLE TO NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL - Not all of the old polymeric sand was removed even though that is what was implied, new polymeric sand was the wrong color (grey instead of beige....grey looks really bad with brown pavers), sand was not fully brushed off pavers in some locations leaving a coarse surface that should have been removed before letting the sand activate with water. This is despite my feedback during the job that all of the sand needed to be brushed off before setting.

2. WHITE EFFLORENCE STAINING ON A LARGE NUMBER OF THE PAVERS FROM THE SEALANT JOB - Many of the pavers have a white coating on them so rather than seeing brown pavers there is a white glaze. The crew sprayed the NanoSeal product on the pavers around 9 A.M. on an extremely hot summer day. This is against the NanoSeal installation instructions stating not to apply the sealant in less than 40 or greater than 80F temperatures. One of the many issues noted in the NanoSeal documentation are ""blushing and hazing"". I am not sure of the exact reason for the efflorescence but most likely this is it. Note that the customer representative told me that the product had a 3+ year warranty.

3. WORSE THAN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I started talking with the NanoSeal representative (Danny) that provided me with product details and coordinated the field crew and schedule in late July/Early August 2023. As you might guess, he was readily available and cordial at that time. However, things changed after I had issues with the job. I provided feedback during the execution of the job regarding what I considered ""short cuts"" and poor quality (the excess sand issue, etc.). While he talked with the field crew the crew did not make noticeable changes in quality.

I called the representative within a few days after the job stating my issues. He stated that the issues would be easy to fix. He stated he would come out over the weekend to look at the job and then correct. He never initiated a call back to me. I have called him at least 10 times (most likely many times more) with not so much as him answering the call so messages were left never a return call.

4. DO THESE GUYS EVEN EXIST ANYMORE? - I decided to go visit the address in Conroe listed on the web. You guessed it! They are not at this address. I am at a dead end, have been more than patient, but now my only recourse is to write a review about my experience and how disappointed I am with the poor-quality work and for wasting $1000+ dollars.

SUMMARY - USE NANOSEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!

I am not going to provide any photos, but I definitely have photos of the work during execution and also after the job was completed.

March 2023-Luis and his co-worker did a very nice job. 4 stars because I had to tell them to go back and do a couple of things. I would recommend.

Buyer Beware! You Decide For Yourself!

* April 29, 2022: Application date of nanotechnology sealer and acrylic
* June 20, 2022: Emailed rep to ask if her company would come to look at the walkway/patio for ""blotchy"" areas
* June 21, 2022: Rep replied with an email stating she would submit a warranty request and asked if I would send pictures
* July 7, 2022: Emailed rep to say that no one had contacted me as of this date. Rep responded to my email stating she would remind the appropriate personnel of my request
* July 12, 2022: Rep requested pictures of the effected areas; I sent four pictures
* July 13, 2022: Rep texted to let me know she spoke with Manager/Owner and sent pictures
* August 5, 2022: Called rep again to request warranty service on my walkway/patio. I received a call from VP Corporate Admin Systems. VP stated she was going on vacation but assured me that someone would contact me and schedule an appointment by Monday (9/08/22) of the following week to schedule the work
* August 22, 2022: Emailed rep and asked to speak with someone on the management team because I had not heard from anyone since my discussion with rep on August 5, 2022
* August 22,2022: VP emailed me stating she is in management and needed clarification on whether the seal is missing or if there were spots that were not beading up. She also requested pictures of the walkway/patio
* August 26, 2022: I sent 12 pictures of my walkway/patio surface and asked if I may expect a response regarding an appointment to redo the work by EOB that day
* August 26, 2022: Received a text from Manager/Owner stating he was trying to reach me. I asked if he could call me. He stated the number he texted to is the only number he had for me. (I am not sure why he could not call me and speak with me. It is the same number used for texting). He also stated that he was at trade show and would have a crew out to my house the next week to take care of my walkway/patio. I replied to let him know I was not available Tuesday (8/30), Thursday (9/01), or Friday (9/02) before noon on each of those days
* September 6, 2022: As of today's date, I have not heard from anyone at NanoSeal regarding warranty work on my walkway/patio

Quality is not there. Stained concrete by showing
Pictures on a phone of another job. Didn't turn out the same and they didn't want to re do it, only offer 10% off. Then white spots appeared through the stain. Also sealed the flagstone around pool and it's ruined now with actual crumbled pieces around pool. Would not recommend. Waste of money and should have used a better company. Don't recommend, do not use. Highly disappointed and would never refer to anyone now
