Kevin and his team did an amazing job! Very honest and professional, showed up on time and did a great job. Our house has a flat roof and w called a few roofing companies for estimates. Kevin not only offered the best solution (TPO roof with 4 inch insulation) but his pricing was better than most other companies. Job well done.

This roof replacement job was accomplished professionally by Kevin and the crew of people that he's been working with for years. Kevin helped me every step along the way, with the inspector, the insurance company, and overseeing all the details. He was on time, gracious and considerate. I'm happy to do business with people I respect. Mostly, I'm glad to have a lifetime with no more concerns about leaks!

These guys are great! We had our roof replaced a while back. They were insanely easy to work with and they bent over backwards working with our annoying insurance. The roof looks amazing and they were done within one day!

Kevin was very professional and top notch. Came out multiple times to inspect the roof after my tenants complaint of the leak coming back. It was determined the leak was not active and the stain had just came back through the paint....with that being said, Kevin went above and beyond and sealed an area of the chimney that was outside of the issue they were responsible for in case. Thank you, Kevin.

My name is Lydia Khoury and we hired Kevin for our roof replacement. Kevin was a very professional guy and respected his words and promises. I have to mention that one night i discovered a leakage in the ceiling and thought it was from the new roof. Hence I contacted Kevin at midnight and he appeared the next day morning at my door at 7 a.m. He checked it and find that the leakage was from the AC freezing unit. However, he didnt leave without helping me shut down the system and clear the water until I call for repairs. He was there for me even after the work has been done. This is the most to count for in such business. Istrongly recommend his business.

Great experience with Kevin and his company. Was great to work with someone who 1) calls back! 2) arrives on time! 3) emails back right away! I needed to replace a section of shingled roof with a TPO roof and Kevin was able to explain my issues easily and make sure I knew exactly what to expect. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need but told me that I do have some issues that would need to be addressed when I replace rest of the roof in the near-ish future. I will look to use this company when the time comes.

We recently hired Nailed it (Kevin Creek) to replace the roof on our house, replace the gutters and downspouts, pressure wash and stain the back deck, and to re-side our chimney/repair damaged fascia boards etc/repaint the whole house. I am writing this review ONLY for the ROOFING portion of the contract which was the first work to be done. Kevin did an excellent initial job of meeting with us, reviewing our situation and providing us with detailed quotes. The roofers he uses work part time for him and part time for another roofing contractor. They did a great job tearing off the old roof, putting in a new ridge vent and laying new shingles. I would probably have given them a 4.5 if that were an option but gave them a 4 because they were weak in their nail and trash cleanup. I didn't expect to be finding nail gun runs plus probably 70+ nails in addition to cigarette butts and pieces of broken up fast food containers. In all fairness we do have a lot of vegetation and landscaping around our house so it isn't the easiest house to recover nails from - but we easily found nails both visually and with a metal detector. I saw the roofers use a magnet to collect some nails. Unfortunately the roofers just left without checking out or doing a walk around with us. When Kevin called the next day to ask how the roofing went, I mentioned the nails to him. A few days later my husband called to tell me the roofers were on our doorstep and had come back to pick up nails! (A little late at that point as we had already picked them up, but we appreciated the fact that Kevin had sent them back out.) The roof looks GREAT!

I don't review much other than to pay respect to someone for a job well done. I asked Kevin to help me install the gutter guards, and his guys did an amazing job. He came out, educated me on they best materials for the application, and the installers were very thorough. Had I known it would be this easy, I would've called Kevin for any roofing job.

They nailed it!

OH NO HE DIDN""T!!

I recently wrote a review for Nailed it Roofing and Restoration, (870 Old Spring Way, Sugar Hill, GA 30518, 678 696-3921) and noticed that the owner (Kevin Creek), had changed the name, removed most of the photos and changed the identifying information. He also changed the name on the business page to Higher Up Roofing which doesn't seem to exist in Sugar Hill, GA.

I stand by my previous review and the fact that the owner would go to these lengths to avoid taking responsibility for his unprofessional reputation is ridiculous! I am asking Yelp to restore the correct information to protect the integrity of the review.

I did not write a review for a company called Higher Up Roofing so I will be re-posting my review under the correct business name if I do not hear from Yelp.

4/30/16 Yelp corrected the problem and I appreciate their efforts to keep the process honest and authentic. Thank you Yelp!

Fellow Yelpers: Never allow a business owner to try and manipulate your reviews or keep you from writing an honest and authentic review. I have written plenty of unfavorable reviews but this is the first time I have seen it handled in such a poor/negative manner. They are usually handled in a professional manner with an apology and a commitment to improve services.

Those are the businesses that we easily give another opportunity to win our business. One such business is Kimberly Painting: When I posted my unfavorable review they contacted me privately, took responsibility and won me back as a potential customer. When I start taking estimates for my interior painting, they will again be at the top of my list. I shared their response and adjusted their rating because of the way they appropriately resolved the issue.

On the other hand, there are those business owners who take the ""low road"" and launch personal attacks because they are fueled by emotions and have no idea how they are being perceived. Just let them paint the picture to your narrative. Allow them to vent and DON'T clap back. It is not a good look and the public is intelligent/discerning enough to detect the truth.

Always stand in your truth. It needs no defense!

Business Owners: Please refer to the Yelp ""Responding to Reviews"" page BEFORE responding to reviews so that you don't end up looking like a horse's (you know what!). Once you are caught trying to circumvent the review process and creating a false profile, simply offer a humble apology and move on. Anything less only further diminishes your credibility.

Edit 8/10/16 I just noticed that the business owner mentioned that my review was the result of a phone call regarding my bill. This is not accurate, (a blatant lie in an attempt to discredit my review), as we had a signed contract and if there was any issue regarding the cost of services, I would not have signed the contract. Just think about it, who would provide services without a signed contract and meeting of the minds. That is a red flag and something he has obviously done in the past since he mentioned it as a possibility. WE NEVER HAD A CONVERSATION REGARDING THE BILL AND I HAVE AN E-MAIL SENT TO HIM ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT AS WELL AS MY OWN SIGNED COPY. I actually thought his price was reasonable and fair. Also, if this had been an issue it would have been mentioned in my comprehensive review because I am thorough and tend to document everything, especially when dealing with contractors. Take notes!!

However, based on his lack of professionalism, I did instruct my husband not to make the final payment in cash as Kevin had requested. Had he performed at a higher level, we would have had no problem paying him in cash but he simply did not deserve the courtesy.

Nailed it? Not so much. If by nailed it you mean not showing up for an an appointment and not returning phone calls, then maybe. Otherwise, no. Can't speak to the quality of their work.
