I recently had a leak in my bathroom which turned out to be from the skylight. I called Nailed it Roofing at 3:00 pm. I told the girl who answered phone that we used Nailed it once before and they did a great job! I spelled my name for her 3 times and she got it wrong all 3 times. She looked us up to see if we were in fact customers but she couldn't find us, she took my number and said she would call back, that was on July 2 and no one has returned my call yet! I figured she couldn't find our name bc she couldn't get the spelling right! I told her that and i heard her still spell it incorrectly for the 4th time! I called someone else who came right away and sealed all of my skylights(4) and it has rained very hard almost everyday and we have had no problems! The first time we called Nailed it for my previous home they came out and replaced a little plywood that they had with them (no charge) we did pay a fair price for them to come out and repair roof! I was sorry that we couldn't get them to check my roof this time but i won't be calling them again!

Dakota and the crew did an excellent job. They were very experienced and worked very hard. They definitely knew what they were doing. The roof was old and needed alot of TLC. They were very professional, very fair price, communicated with us on all levels. Cleanup was A+. Would highly recommend.

We used Nailed It roofing which they did a good job on the new roof , but on my wind mitigation for a discount from our insurance company that did not work out at all, the way the nails looked in the attic that was not acceptable for the insurance policy. The independent inspector talked with the owner and let him know what had to be done. so no discount for us!!

Recently, after a couple of minor roof issues which required repairs, and after hearing about current insurance company requirements for current homeowners in Florida, we decided to replace the 15 year old roof on our Citrus County home. Subsequently, we contacted Nailed It Roofing in Inverness and Stormi politely answered my phone call immediately and we scheduled an appointment for a complete roof inspection to be done. Bruce responded to our home in a very reasonable time thereafter. After a complete inspection, we agreed to completely replace the existing roof with a brand new one at an incredibly fair and reasonable price with top quality materials. After all, what's more important than your home's first line of defense? Stormi and Bruce assisted us in selecting our tile by explaining in depth the aspects of the various roof shingles on the market. I was then able to speak with Lisa who started the county permitting process and explained any potential financing for the roof should we have needed it so that money wouldn't have been an obstacle. Within a very reasonable time, the job foreman (Dakota) and his crew, replaced the roof as promised and installed the new roof which consisted of top of the line modern materials and included some very nice upgrades to make it even more efficient and aesthetic than before. Seldom, if ever, have I witnessed such a hard working and dedicated team all working together and in tandem to complete the job in a timely manner. They also did a great job of cleaning up all around the house as they worked. Throughout the entire process, they all took the time to thoroughly explain everything in the roofing process from beginning to end and it was ultimately a quality installation completed in a timely manner. The inspections passed with flying colors and without a hitch. We couldn't be happier with our new, beautiful roof which should last for many years to come and will add value to our home, not to mention peace of mind. We highly recommend Nailed It Roofing of Inverness. You won't regret it. Thanks for a job well done and a refreshing experience with your company in this day and age. We will certainly use them again should the need ever arise. Five stars all the way!

Did a lot of research on roofing companies to select one to replace my roof. Kept coming back to these guys who met all my expectations and checked all the boxes. Joe and crew showed up at 8 AM, worked all day until about 7 PM and completed the job. Returned the next day to finish clean up and haul debris container away. This all worked out real well as we then went into the several days of torrential rains here. Dry as a bone now. As others have stated, when you want the job done right, call Nailed it, you won't be sorry.

my roof was up in ONE day, started at 6 am and done at 4:30 pm, he even stuck around to answer questions, very down to earth, honest man, you dont find that offen these days.
