We met with five highly rated local roofing companies for our re-roof project and ultimately decided to go with Nail It Roofing. We chose Nail It because when we met with Aaron to discuss our needs, he was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and honest out of all the companies. He clearly explained his recommendations and gave us solid reasons to back them up. We clicked immediately with his genuine demeanor and we did not get the vibe that he was trying to ""sell us something"" like so many of the others did. Their pricing was competitive and they were flexible with our scheduling needs. When the time came to do the project, we were not disappointed. The crew was on time (or even early) every day, efficient, and clean. Each day when I came home from work, the job site was clean of debris and nails which was important to me since we have a small child who plays outside. Simultaneously, we installed solar panels and the integration between the two different companies and teams was seamless. The communication from the office was excellent. They communicated in advance what to expect and checked in regularly to provide updates. I cannot express enough how happy we are that we chose Nail It Roofing and I highly recommend them for any and all of your roofing needs.

Highly recommend Nail-It-Roofing. Due to all of the rain we have been having in El Dorado Hills, we got a leak in our living room on 1/28, and Christopher fit us in the following day.
Very prompt service, extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will be doing work with this company again.

Within a week Chris came out and was able to fix the problem. We love to support local, family businesses, especially like Nail It Roofing because they are exceptional and professional.

Nail It Roofing A+. Nail It Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. They were there when they said they would be - working during the 100 degree days. Nail It stuck with their estimate on a high pitched roof with many skylight replacements and coordinated well with the other vendors. The office staff touched base often and kept me apprised of what was going on. There were delays in getting skylight parts (not their fault), and the staff followed up with the job even after Nail It's contract had been completed.

I am very grateful that they left extremely little debris around the house and yard. I picked them after speaking with two previous customers (one commercial and one residential) who both emphasized the care Nail It took to clean up after themselves.

Removing the old skylights rained debris in my kitchen. The site manager came in with a broom and dust pan, wiped down my counters, and then asked me if it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I was so surprised I didn't know what to say (it was cleaned well).

They did a wonderful job - replacing my gutter and some dry rotted trim at the same time. Five stars, will recommend.

We recently had our roof replaced by Nail It Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the experience and the results! We dealt with both Aaron and Christopher, (brothers that own and operate this company) and found them to be very friendly, professional, and quite knowledgeable. They handled everything for us, from the permitting processes to coordination with our solar company! Their office staff kept us informed of each step of the process with plenty of lead time, and the work crews that did the actual tear-off and re-roof were courteous and very mindful of our home and yard, (leaving it very clean and nail-free) each day that they were on the job. We would happily recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done!

We live in Serrano in El Dorado Hills and we've seen many roofing companies service homes in our neighborhood. Most of them come in and do a quick blow off of roofs and gutters (and make a mess of yards and neighbors yards) and then move on. Nail-It came in and first cleaned out the gutters by scooping out debris (as opposed to blowing) and then flushed the downspouts to make sure they were clear. We were concerned that there would be debris in our yard and more importantly on our patio furniture and plants. But there was none... and we had gutters full of debris and several clogged downspouts. During the process, they identified ~7 cracked/broken tiles. Our home was built in 2008 and these tiles were no longer available, but Nail-It Roofing found some from a supplier that specializes in obsolete roofing materials and installed them on that very same day. While they were packing up and leaving at the end of the day, one of our neighbors asked them if they could take a look at a problem with her gutter. Chris and Mario took a quick look and fixed it on the spot. It probably took them only 10 minutes and we were impressed that they took that small amount of time to absolutely make her day. No wonder Nail-It-Roofing has received the Reader's Choice Awards for so many years in a row.

I needed a fair amount of roofing repair work done and a general contractor gave me a recommendation for Nail It. I'm very glad they did.

The crew was very professional, and everything was completed as promised and within the originally quoted parameters.

This is very much a family business, but they definitely have very professional and attentive office staff/customer service.

But I can't stress this enough - they stand behind their work ONE HUNDRED PERCENT. We did have an issue and they REALLY went over and above what was required to make it right.

We recently had our roof re-done by Nail It, and were very pleased with the whole process. Aaron came out to do a quote for us, thoroughly checked things out, made sure to answer my questions, and sent us a quote in a few days. There was no pressure or sales pitch. We got quotes from two other companies, and Nail It was both cheaper and more pleasant to work with than the others. It took about 2 months after the initial quote (in the summer though, busy season) to start our roof job.

Our house is NOT easy. The street is an old, narrow street in Placerville with a steep hill, the roof itself is quite steep, it had three layers to tear off, etc. The guys made the best of it and made it work. On day one, they discovered that our old swamp cooler had been improperly serviced and was leaking a bunch of water. They fixed that up for us, and had no problem when we decided to just tear it off and add that to the job.

There was some very minor damage to our upstairs sheet rock from the tear off crew, and the office worked with me incredibly to get a person out to fix it quickly. Communication during the whole job was fantastic. If I had to do a roof again (which I pray I do not in my lifetime), I would use Nail It.
