Best roofing company, great experience !

Twice have we used MZ Roofing and both times it exceeded our expectations. The company is responsive and is quick in returning calls / mails and to come out for inspection and give estimate. The estimate has been candid every time and the best price compared with other companies'. The company manager is always available for calls / questions-answers and regularly present on the site throughout the process. Workers are experienced, quick and efficient. Absolutely thorough work. Impeccable cleanup ! Thank you Adan, supervisor the last day, you provided us with material and service to make everything fully satisfactory ! Was impressed to come home to a speckles place and great looking roof ! The new insulation kept the interior of the house significantly quieter by the first storm !

Unreliable!! Do not waste time. I had scheduled them to take a look at house that we are in the middle of closing escrow for to get an estimate on repairs. Stephanie confirmed the appointment the day before. I contacted them the day of to get an ETA since the realtors were waiting and she called me back saying the technician was not going to make it there because they were stuck at a job. Mind you, I called them at 1:40 pm and they were scheduled to be out there between 1-2pm. They should have notified way before to let me know that the technician was not going to make it. If I hadn't called, the realtor probably would have been waiting for the technician. I'm not sure they have been in business, but COMMUNICATION is key to running a successful one.

This is the absolute best company to work with for a new roof. I live in a home tract that is 34 years old and one by one all of neighbors started developing leaks with the heavy rains that we have been experiencing. My neighbor used this company and was happy, so he made the recommendation to me. On the other hand, I heard from other neighbors who had used other companies and they were extremely dissatisfied. In one instance it took the company almost 2 1/2 weeks to finish the roof and they did a terrible job. Still, I got other quotes and was shocked by the price. One was 70% more than MZ Roofing and the other was more than double. I went with MZ Roofing and they really did a fantastic job. It started on the first day when the owner knocked on my door and introduced himself. He told me that they would be done in four days and they were. The crew was friendly and they always made sure to clean up their mess each and every day. I give this company an AAA+++ rating.

I had tiles missing on the edge of my roof and I wanted to make sure it was repaired before the next winter storm. I placed a few quotes through Yelp and the MZ Roofing was kind enough to make time for me the same day to do a quick estimate. Even though the job was small they are willing to go out of their way to help me.

Marcos came over to my home and was very professional and cordial. He gave me 2 different estimates to fit my budget which I am grateful for. Because I was busy, they went ahead and did the job while I was at work. Once they were done, they texted me, sent pictures of the completed job along with the invoice through email. The whole process was very easy and simple. I highly recommend MZ roofing to take care of all your roofing needs.

Had scheduled for someone to come out during week, no one ever showed up for repair estimate, called office to inquire what happened, scheduling mix up, okay understandable. Rescheduled for Saturday morning, again, no one showed, tried calling and goes straight to voicemail, if gonna have hours listed as open on Saturday, have someone to answer calls and show up for appointments.

Great company and extremely knowledgeable and reliable. They do a great job, you might have to reach out because they are busy bees! They are on call pretty much 24/7 and even came to my house on a Sunday. They've done work on multiple properties of mine, and Owner told me they do commercials as well. The ladies in the office are extremely dependable and quick! Very fairly priced as well!!! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone with any type of roofing issue.

They're quick to answer the phone that's the only positive thing I can say. I had someone come look at my roof to give me a quote, they took no more than 10 minutes to look at the entire roof. What I expected for just a couple tiles. Once they finished the roofer told me it would be 3 days for me to receive an email with a quote. 3 day turned into a week still no response. I called the lady made it seem as she was still waiting on her boss to give her a quote one week turned into another week I called them again and the lady gave me the same excuse. Horrible customer service will not recommend.

I'm not sure it it was Marcos that I met on the first day, but I wanted to thank you to him because after having several roofers come out with expensive drones trying to up-sale me on work I did not need. Marcos was the first person to actually get on my roof do a full inspection and show me where my house is leaking. The staff was very professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Reasonable pricing too.

I looked around quite sometime to find someone to replace my Father's roof. I decided on MZ roofing based on reviews, and they were super responsive and willing to accommodate my fathers schedule.

They came out and did a professional and good evaluation of the roof. No pressure to go with them, no scare tactics. They basically said here is what we recommend, here is the price and let us know when you are ready.

The office communicates quickly and efficiently. They provided options for down payment to be by check or Zelle. I don't recall if they did Venmo, but I used Zelle for the downpayment. With that, they got permits and only wanted to know what color we wanted. They were nice enough to bring samples for my father to see, bc brochures are not always accurate. After the decision on color was made, they went to work within several days, and were done within several days. My father said they were super professional, and their work was amazing. My father is very had to please and so I was amazed that there weren't any issues. There's been on rainfall since they did the roof, no leaks and things seem to be great. I would completely recommend them, and did so to my sister as well. No reservations on recommending these folks, They are great!
