Excellent customer service and JOB WELL DONE. I found Fred on yelp and due to his 5 stars I gave him a call. From the initial call, I was absolutely impressed. Talk about professsional and very nice. Now you might say well of course their nice because they want your business. OMG you will be amazed at how unprofessional folks are now of days, even though you are a potential customer that is about to spend thousands. Smh (one company came out and seemed very nice but never sent me an estimate , even after I called them afterwards to inquire about it. And there were a couple of other companies that I got offers from but once i called with questions I got an answering service or a call back in several days or some way out answers that didn't make sense or just not so friendly customer service) However, Fred and his team hands down are the most professional, honest, & patient. Finding the right person to do your roof is very stressful. You have alot of questions because of course your spending alot of money. I choose Fred because him and his staff were always available to answer all my questions and concerns. Ellen is awesome!!! Whenever I called she was so nice and made me feel like we were old friends. In the end I choose Fred and I am so happy I did. He was slightly higher than my other bids but his professionalism was worth the extra bucks. He is a roof connoisseur! his team did an excellent job on my roof. They arrived on time each day and completed the job in 3 days. My roof looks fabulous. All my neighbors stop and stare. My roof is the talk of the block. Thanks Fred. And thank you Ellen. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof.

A guy came out and was so cocky and rude and basically wouldn't even take me seriously cause I'm a woman. I just asked him a couple of questions on what our options would be and he was literally being a jerk and said "" your shopping around right"" well obviously,,, doesn't everyone?!?!? I asked him if they would be able to reuse the same tile that we have on our roof he said, someone else can but I won't!!!!!! Worst customer service skills!!!! Two days later they email me saying they're too busy and therefore will not be able to even give us an estimate, which was totally fine with me since I wouldn't even consider them in the first place after meeting their gem of an employee or whoever he is!!!!!!

Day ""One"" the Tear-Off & Disposal process. The Crews showed up on time, even a little early. Prepped really well covering the entire perimeter of our entire Home and even inside the Garage. They left our Home and Attic very clean, one of our BIG concerns...Musculman Roofing delivered what they promised!

as of 08/23/2016 - Within 7 Days from the start of our project, our Job is complete and the Permit is finalized...great job! Highly recommend using Musulman Roofing. Aside from being a GAF ""Master Elite Contractor"", which adds an incredible amount of Value, you get better Warranties, and peace-of-mind the Job is being done right. Exceptional service. Had some loose shingles that revealed the wood underneath that wasn't getting any better with the rain. Fred was very easy to interact with as well as the receptionist facilitating the office. A small crew came out and fixed in a ridiculously quick. Would definitely recommend.

Musulman flexed there muscles and performed an amazing job on my home. It's truly hard to find to people like Fred, Heather and Ellen who kept me informed threw the whole process.

First step was the removal of the old shingles. Not only was that crew fast, the clean up was impressive as they left the yard cleaner than it was. Second step was to replace broken or rotten wood and wait for inspector. Third step is to install the shingles, and I got to tell you I was able to watch all three steps, this one was the MOST impressive. When a company HAND nails every shingle, not only are you getting quality work, you'll have peace of mind knowing that Musulman was the right contractor to use.

Wow , this company really in pressed me!! My home is over 2400 sq. ft. and Fred and his crew came and redid my entire roof in three days. Day one was tear off put new insulation and re-board home. Day two inspection so only half a days work. Day three shingles. Great Job guys. Happy I pick Musulman Roofing than Home Depot. My home looks like a million bucks. Thanks to Ellen for her expertise on roofing colors.

I was referred here by family members that had their roofs done here and were very satisfied with their work. I got 3 estimates and their pricing was very competitive. Their office staff is very friendly and they're very organized as well and keep things on track. I enjoyed working with them and they took good care of us. The roofers show up on time, they're very careful not to damage anything and clean up nicely at the end of the day. The quality workmanship is obvious when you look at the roof. I highly recommend them.

Musulman installed my roof this year, i had an old shake , in which i wanted something to compliment since w.c. no longer allows shake roofs, i went thru pain to match up something comparable of the style that i had, Ellen, heather helped me gave me addresses to drive by, and had a picture of my home, they recommended Presidental roof, and said when i go by the house, i will fall in love with it ...and i sure did, its more pricey but , best to get the one you want, or you may not be happy and im so glad i did...Fred and his crew basically gave me a brand new home, replacing all the wood eves...dry rot...and vents ..i get so many compliments...These people make a big project into a comfortable one for homeowners, as a few of you mentioned, few days and they do everything in order...Id recommend Musulman too everyone i know Thanks again Fred and staff

musulman put a new roof on my house last year. The price was lower than other roofers I contacted. The crew did a good job and the replacement of the roof went smooth. I will recommend them to my friends and family members when they need new roofs. Contact them if you need new roof before el nino comes.
