The people and the results of the job done was really good. Both Lindsey and Billy were very professional. My only regret was allowing the company to take the money that the insurance approved for the job from the proceeds of the selling of my house. They deducted about $856 dollars more than what the insurance provided with the three checks that they provided for the roof job. I was stupid allowing them to do that. At the end I end up losing $856 dollars. Don't let anybody do this because you are going to be on the losing end. The three stars were for Lindsey and Billy, the other two that I didn't give was for the issues with the checks.

If you're looking for a roofing specialist, do yourself a favor and use Mullins General Construction. Not only were they extremely professional and courteous, but they went out of their way to accommodate my situation. Lindsey was extremely helpful from start to finish and the crew did a fantastic job on my new roof! I highly recommend them!

Mullin's General Contracting Review

We have been in a remodel using this general contractor. There were two phases to this remodel, we received the estimate on the first phase and had to beg for the estimate on the second phase. Both of these estimates should have been sent at the same time.

During the remodel of the first phase, it's a struggle to get information on items that the contractor is supplying for this remodel. For some reason the project manager doesn't seem to have any urgency about getting us material component information.

We had work done under the crawlspace and had asked this contractor for pictures from underneath. Contractor said was no problem. Then when the pictures showed up they were from the top of the structure floor joist looking down. We were told that the bottom looked like the top. However that is not what was asked for, that was not what was agreed-upon and now the condo association has got to come out and inspect under the master bathroom at our expense because our contractor, even though agreed to take the pictures, did not follow through.

Another problem is the showers drain grate is not level with the floor. We cautioned him in the beginning this wouldn't be acceptable.

Also the square drain was not close to being parallel to each wall. They had to tear it out and re-do it. The square drain grate is still not levels down the high side of the tile is sharp and will cut someone's toe.
Also the shower is holding water on sides of the shower floor. The mosaic floor looks as if a child did the work.

Using this contractor was a big mistake. They might be a good roofing company, but in my opinion they are not good remodeling.

Mullin's will not be doing the second phase.

Excellent work - very quick and professional. They replaced the roof on my home as well as several others in the neighborhood. Fixed fence damage from a recent storm as well. Highly recommend.
