I wasn't available to be home when the work was done and their installer was able to use Facetime to go over some details and questions with me before beginning work. What a world we live in!! I came home and the job was complete. The gutters look great and they did a nice job with color matching my eves and painted stucco.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate for rain gutters. I spoke with a girl who gave me a date and time. She took my name and phone number. I rearranged my schedule so that I would be home for the representative. No one ever showed up nor did I get a phone call back. Pretty crummy on their part. I guess they can afford to lose business and they certainly don't deserve mine.

I hired Martinez Rain Gutters to install gutters and downspouts on my home in January 2018. Working with Eduardo and Cindy was pleasant and the price was competitive, but by December 2018 my gutters were overflowing directly over my front door during a downpour. The gutters were not installed with enough slope to direct the water to the downspouts and the area over my door is a ""valley"" where excess water collects.

I contacted Eduardo and Cindy about the issue with the gutter installation December 1, 2018 but never received a response.

I expected my investment in the gutters to perform for many years following installation, but unfortunately I have to say I am reminded of my disappointment with every heavy rain. When dealing with other contractors, I've ""experienced better"".

Too notch service! Celia stoped by a few days after my request for a quote. I scheduled several quotes from businesses in the area. They offered several colors and designs. Their quote was the most reasonable and knowing that they are a second generation family owned company, they are the fabricators of the product & that they give a lifetime guarantee on their products sold me! I love my new gutters they look amazing!

I read some unfavorable reviews of MTZ but included them in my vendor survey to judge for myself. They got right back to me when I called and Celia came out the next day and walked through the project with me. Her expertise and the competitive pricing got the job. I could not have been happier with Rafael and the installation crew. They even returned a couple of days later to deal with a minor issue. I have no doubt that if there is a problem when the rains come, MTZ will respond to address it.
There are many raingutter installation companies, but I highly recommend that you include MTZ in your quoting process.

I read all the reviews for this company. There were some that complained about them not getting back to you (YELP, email, phone, text). NOT TRUE!!!

I contacted them for a simple gutter installation, 18 feet total, so not a big job for them... not a big money maker for them!

They got back to me quickly, gave me a quote on yelp. I called them direct, to schedule an installation. The owner came by the same day to inspect and confirm pricing and installation. They scheduled an installation for the following week.

The crew came ON TIME, and were polite and informative. They installed the gutter in less than one hour and did a great job.

I did contact other installers through yelp, but their quotes were twice to three times higher than MTZ.

I highly recommend MTZ for your rain gutter needs... they exceeded my expectations in every way!!!
