Warning!! Bad choice, bad referral received. June '08, I hired Bill Dietzel to re-roof 1100 sq ft. flat roof. Paid $11K and Jan '10 the roof leaked major and ruined the inside kitchen nook. Roof under manufacture life warranty. Bill's follow up is slow and his communication is bad. He is trying to put a band-aid solution over a river. His company is in financial trouble so fixing my roof is questionable. I think he doesn't want to acknowledge his mistakes, fix it or he just doesn't know how. Either way, I have to hire and pay $4k to fix it right! DO NOT USE BILL DIETZEL WITH MT SYSTEMS. I also referred him in June '08 to my neighbors who had a balcony that needed resurfacing. The water doesn't drain off correctly and Bill won't fix it because he said he didn't have the money. Also his patch work he's doing is ruining the roof more. The second roofer looking at the roof did not approve of some of the ""patch work"" to fix the main leak. I can't say enough how angry I am and how much stress and money Bill has caused me!
