First off I thought they were so nice during the consultation so I hired them right away. I scheduled an appointment and they had to cancel last minute due to someone having a baby... understandable.

I currently have 3 new windows which I had to replace after a hurricane so I thought it would be very simple. I want these exact same windows. Well, not so easy as I thought. The first estimate I received was for aluminum windows that I specifically stated I did not want. The response I was given was ""well most people just go with aluminium"" Great, however I don't want 1/2 aluminum and 1/2 vinyl windows. I also specified I wanted PGT, I want the exact same windows... stating that again. Over a month had gone by I was offered a different brand of windows, then a few weeks later another brand... then another. I was told the wait was too long for the PGT. However I was willing to wait.

About 2 months later I thought my windows were being ordered they were still ordering the wrong windows. I have the paperwork and was able to show the EXACT WINDOWS I WANTED. Shiron, the owner was looking right at my windows saying these are not low E, not tinted... yes they are! And it's on the paperwork I showed you.

As I was already being billed by the finance company I found out another 2 months later as I was awaiting installation my windows had still not been ordered. I contacted the finance company and said hey you are billing me however the windows have not yet been ordered. Therefore the window company was not entitled to any payment at this point.

I tried to reach Shiron again to confirm what was going on, her phone was off the grid. She was out of the country and she was not returning voice mail or email. Also the number I had for the company was no longer working. This was starting to make me scared. I found a number online that I believe runs through Los Angeles and finally made contact with the office, Rebecca who said yes my windows were ordered and awaiting delivery. Meanwhile the loan company must have contacted them and taken the money back, I have no idea as I was not contacted during this time I was only receiving bills so I assumed everything was in motion. Another month went by, I called again and was told I was going to be charged $800 fee for cancelling my order. At this point over 4 months had gone by, of course they called and offered me a new quote .... My original quote was $14k and since the prices went up they offered me the same windows for $29k. I contacted the BBB and do not recommend this company.

I forgot to mention they don't have their own employees someone wearing a Lowe's shirt came for my measurements. If I had ordered from Lowe's I'd probably already have new windows.

I did refer them to a friend, who ordered when I did and took the aluminum windows they also pushed on him, he does love his new windows however he did have issues as well. Neither of us were able to contact Shiron, our rep to verify any timeline. Once he finally had installation, they no showed twice. 1 window and 2 screens were missing. He had to call several times and finally over a month later had the missing window and 2 screens installed.

As you can see I'm a real person not some fake review that a person randomly put 1 five star review for this place then vanished.

I've been wanting solar for a long time, and I'm glad I waited until M&S Green Power came along! The install only took about 2 days and it was done extremely professionally! Even the FPL guy who changed out my meter for a NET Meter told me how well the install was done.

As I've been doing more research (I know, I should have done it BEFORE I purchased) I'm finding that M&S gave me top of the line equipment and the latest technology that is available today. This includes the solar panels, power optimizers, and the inverters. Every time I saw something that I liked in solar equipment it turned out that M&S had already supplied it!

I'm VERY happy with their installation and am purchasing impact windows from them as well!
