Steer clear of MRN. I hired them to do some work for a small retail store I'm opening in Cobb County. His quote was $35,000. I paid him $17,000 and he started the work, with the completion expected around the end of December. In the interim, he's had some issues and everything's been delayed. To appease me, he offered to knock $4,000 off the bill to bring it to $31,000 and then when things still didn't move forward he said only $7,000 more would finish the job, which would have been $24,000 total. Nothing still got done and he can no longer give me an estimated completion date. I've told him that I will be contracting with other vendors myself to complete the work. My problem is that that work is in no way worth the $17,000 he's received. I would say $10,000 at best.

Excellent experience start to finish. We called MRN to get an estimate for replacing our garage roof. They came promptly and were very knowledgeable and we decided to go with them for roof repair. With their help, we were able to work with our insurance to get not only the garage but also the main roof and a workroom roof replaced. Every part of the process was handled professionally and I am happy to recommend them.

4000 characters is not enough to describe the hell this company put us through. They were gonna try and cash out and leave me with the shittiest roof repair/replacement. 10/10 would NOT reccommend. They even deleted my FB review on their business page and blocked reviews all together. That should speak VOLUMES about what they did to us. Here is a link to my full review on my FB page. MRN gets the job done up front. But watch out if there are any issues after they say that the job is complete! They do not want to come back and fix anything after the fact. They will ignore you until you go away. MRN left small openings near the soffits on my roof instead of covering them with flashing. The result was flying squirrels in the attic. When contacted, I was told that they can QUOTE fixing THEIR issue for me! More than a month later, nothing, not even a quote for warranty work. I suggest a third party inspection after completion before paying them.

Had several roofing companies contact me, generally in person by knocking on door, telling me my roof had damage. There were several storms in past year that damaged many homes roofs in this subdivision but I did not know of any to my roof as no leaks. Many of these companies were not professional, polite, or knowledgeable. Fortunately for me M.R.N. contracting contacted me recently and while I was busy on that contact explained to me the damage they thought I had sustained but needed to get on roof to estimate. Told them I would get back to them. Week later I did, they made appointment with me estimated roof walked me through process of Insurance etc. I contacted my insurer and M.R.N. reinspected with them. Roof was damaged and was to be replaced. M.R.N. scheduled replacement with me and a crew arrived early 3-14 and finished it late same day. They did a great job, cleaned up all the mess, and the roof looks fantastic. Crew and everyone with M.R.N. was courteous, and knowledgeable. There seems to be a lot of roofing companies all with an angle but M.R.N. was straight to the point and all business. I will recommend to everyone in need of their services.

They handle everything from the initial contact of the insurance all the way through the completion of the project. All of their employees are knowledgeable about roofing systems, construction, and very friendly. Foreman's are on site from the start of the job until it is finished.
