Laying in bed and realizing there's a slow, wide bubble forming on my ceiling. My husband didn't believe me and said it was just condensation. I called MRK because they were in my neighborhood, and they answered immediately and came by that afternoon. Marco is wonderful. He went on the roof, discovered the holes that were letting in the water, showed us the photos and said he would return the next day. True to his word, that's what he did. He came, patched the repair, and he'll be returning again with his crew to do a little tune-up for the rest of the roof. I was in need for some long overdue repairs on my concrete tile roof that is 25 years old. I was referred to Marco after calling a roofing company on a referral from a friend. That company said they only install complete roofing and eagerly referred me to him, one of their former employees who used to be the lead on their jobs and became licensed and branched out on his own.

I could not be happier with his services. He came out and gave a free estimate. It was a very reasonable quote. He was responsive to all my calls and texts. His price included all materials and labor. Once I accepted his proposal, we set up the day for him and his crew to come out.
Also, what I thought needed repair (from what I could see with my own eyes on street level as my home is two stories) was not my biggest problem. Apparently, I had exposed sheeting with a missing tile to his surprise also as I had not had any leaking.

They came out and replaced slide field and trim tiles that were broken and sealed all tiles as needed.

I also had wood rot on the corner of my fascia boards that was exposed due to a corner tile that had fallen off. I thought I would need to hire a separate person to repair that, but he also does those repairs.

Marco came out and brought his guys Javier and Ramiro. They completed all the work in one day. I also needed gutter removal for impending complete house painting. They removed them for a reasonable fee. They also hauled the old gutters away. In addition, he graciously secured loose satellite/cable cords that were sagging.

Marco and his crew were efficient and clean. I highly recommend his services. Give Marco a call if you're in need of repairs on your roof. You won't be disappointed. I am a very satisfied customer!
