I'm so grateful that MRC Roofing provided me exceptional service and special ordered the color of shingle that I requested. I really liked solar reflective agave and MRC Roofing had to special order it from the manufacturer. This company is extremely honest and professional. They go out of their way to provide the best service to their customers. I always recommend MRC Roofing to my family and friends now.

Yes MRC roofing is as good as it gets. From beginning to end, MRC staff worked to meet my needs in an efficient, caring manner. Roofing crew was timely, courteous, neat and quiet. Gutters were installed and look fantastic. Customer service A+. I only wish they covered more housing areas so I didn't have to deal with any other companies

Worst roofing company ever!! Would not do a ridge vent for me and told me they actually don't do ridge vents although their contract states otherwise. So now I am trying to find another company to complete their work of cooling down the roof. Also, they put a new shingle roof for me, but there were nails penetrating out of the shingles that were discovered by another roofing company and they pounded the nails in so hard it split the wood all around the eaves and I had to have them come back to fix it. I now have to go through the DCCA to get them to fix my roof so there is some ventilation. Horrible customer service and sloppy work . Michael Chu is the owner, but cares less to make things right and do a good job as long as he gets paid he moves on to the next victim.

I appreciate the excellent service from MRC Roofing. The workers began roofing at a reasonable time and completed the job quickly. They were professional, clean, surprisingly quiet, and efficient. The new shingles on our roof look beautiful. They did a great job on the other units in our HOA as well. Communication from MRC was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I was fortunate enough to be one of the first in our townhome subdivision to receive my new roof from MRC and it was great because that night, we had one of the biggest storms of the year. And my new roof was perfect. It saved my home from flooding. It looks great and the job was as professional as it gets. They were fast, and did their best to not interfere with our everyday life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof with a highly respected and proven company.

MRC Roofing just completed new roofs on about 30 units for our HOA. I feel they did an incredible job. They completed the job in a timely manner, the employees were are very nice and respectful, given the job itself being loud they still did a nice job of controlling the noise and were overall very clean. I just recently had my roof done by MRC. My roof got damaged during the heavy wind and rain. I have homeowners insurance but my insurance gave me a ridiculously low amount to fix my roof. It actually needed to be completely replaced and I know the amount the insurance gave me wasn't going to cover even half of the work. Mark Hill handled my insurance for me. I really appreciate that he took all the stress or of it. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise. I'm not sure how he was able to do what he did but thank you!!

Thank you Wayne, Kamani and all the workers that made my roof happen. They were professional, knowledgeable and prompt.
If I could give any advice to a homeowner thinking about using MRC. Do it, just make sure to address any concerns right away! If they don't know you have a problem or concern, how can they fix it? I had a few and Wayne and Kamani made me feel comfortable that I could call them with any concerns, anytime! Any concern was handled with care and ease. I appreciate all the work everyone did to make this happen!! I know this roof will last me for many many years!

I inherited the house I grew up in when my father passed away this summer. I had to fly back to Hawaii and take care of my estate. It turned out that the roof of my house was leaking due to wind damage. I called three roofing companies and chose MRC Roofing even though they were not the cheapest. My salesman Jon, was a total professional. He informed me that I had enough wind damage to qualify for an insurance claim. My insurance company ended up paying for the entire roof. MRC was able to schedule and complete the roofing project before I had to fly back to Pennsylvania. The install went very smoothly and very cleanly. The men working on the roof were so nice. It was amazing that I didn't have to worry about the roof once MRC Roofing was on the scene. It was so awesome not having to worry about the roof while I had to take care of estate planning and the funeral. I even offered Jon a sales position at my company back in Pennsylvania selling snow removal equipment. Alas, he decided to stay in Hawaii. Haha. I highly recommend MRC Roofing. Mahalo Fellas.

I recently helped an elderly widow friend make arrangements for bids to have her roof redone. Of those we interview, MRC was easily the first choice. This is because the 'face' of the company for us was Blake Hayward and he was instantly impressive: prompt, courteous, dressed appropriately, informative/knowledgeable, trusting. He also coordinated the removal of the solar heated hot water system with a 'companion' company, Poncho's Solar. Blake made the arrangements almost exclusively for the entire job, including some of the scheduling with Solar City to remove and replace the PV system. Never once was Blake late for an appointment, or failed to respond to texts or phone calls. Blake gave us the options for the roofing and, trusting in his judgement, chose to have the silicone coating applied over the existing roofing. The crews that came on the various days of work were on time, treated us with dignity and respect, informed us of what was happening, were especially careful when setting up for work days, and cleaned up afterward as if no one had been there. We couldn't have been more happy with how we were treated as customers, and with the impressive quality of the workers, including Blake, who is an excellent representative of this quality roofing company.

Strong winds on the windward side blew half of my roof's shingles off! I immediately called my homeowners insurance company to file a claim - and they referred MRC. I placed a call and gave them all of my information and also let them know we urgently needed someone to come out ASAP to assess the damage and to tarp our roof immediately to prevent any water damage as the weather forecast showed rain in the next couple of days. We are on day 2 and I still haven't gotten a call back. Horrible customer service and I'm happy I called a few roofing companies with 5 star ratings on Yelp, and was able to get someone out same day. Would never recommend this company - horrible customer service. If this is how they treat potential clients - imagine how they treat you once they've been paid.
