Ladd just installed a sun tunnel in our Corte Madera home at the top of a windowless stairwell. The tunnel brings in a ton of light and completely changed the feel of that area. In addition to Ladd's excellent workmanship, which he showed me first hand, he's a friendly straightforward guy to deal with. I highly recommend him!

It was an absolute delight from start to finish having our skylights replaced by Ladd. We initially worked with our previous GC that did the roof, but our instinct told us to have the work done by Ladd and we were not disappointed.

Ladd was professional, on-time, finished when he said they would and was attentive to our questions. The 3 skylights look beautiful, work flawlessly and finally provide shade and ventilation in our kitchen! [we chose the solar remote-operated Velux with blinds] Ladd also helped us understand how to file for the Federal tax credit.

I've known Ladd for 20 years and always wanted my silly old single layer plastic dome skylights replaced by him. Little did I know that I was flushing money down that drain called PG&E by doing other projects first and waiting years!! All this time I could have been having a lower gas bill, a warm living room, and comfortable bedrooms. The temperature difference is astounding! And the light pouring in, the view of the trees and blue sky is so beautiful.
Ladd was neat as a pin, so quick too. I am sore from kicking myself. Whata Dum dum. I love this improvement so much. You cannot go wrong with Mr Skylight and certainly don't wait like I did!

Mr Skylight (Ladd) is a delightful, organized, efficient gentleman who knows his craft well (he has a roofing background and specialized in skylights). We had him replace two 70s era skylights with new ones that allow us to eliminate UV rays in the house, open/close them and have blinds. Really made a difference. The bidding process, installation day and follow up was impeccable and what we all wish for when we have work done on our homes - especially when holes in your roof are being (re)secured! I could see getting addicted to these new skylights and putting a few more in - especially when installed by Ladd and his team.

I cannot recommend this company to the extent they deserve..a sure 10. I needed two 4' x 6' 30 year old operable dome skylights replaced. The estimate was very reasonable and I surely got more value by far than I expected. Ladd's middle name must be Integrity, with professionalism with heart. He protected my interior by moving furniture and laying tarps, even using protection between the exterior ladder and facia. Everything was left cleaner than when he and his crew arrived. He obviously has superb expertise on every aspect of the wide variety of brands, installations, and roofs, with meticulous attention to detail. He is prompt and his communications are excellent, a foretelling of the quality of the work. He doesn't stop until his own high standards are met. They went above and beyond cleaning the mold and corrosion off of the old skylight frames and sprayed them out with bronze to match and to make them like new again. He also bought extra hardware to improve the screen opening and both skylight operators, without extra expense to me. These skylights are now better than they were when new. Also beyond the estimate, the crew cleaned my other skylights and swept my entire roof, carefully collecting the debris and leaving in the green can. I cannot thank him enough. No matter what your expectations, Mr. Skylight will exceed them.

Mr. Skylight, aka Ladd, was terrific! Our skylights got installed yesterday by Ladd and his two helpers. We replaced two antiquated 20+ year old skylights in our kitchen and office area. What a difference! I would not hesitate to call upon Mr. Skylight and his team should we need his services again. Highly recommend.

Ladd was very professional and did a fantastic job with our 8 new Velux skylights which are solar powered with pleated blinds. He removed the existing skylights which were very old, and did the best job installing new white curbs to support the new skylights. He was always here to make sure everything was operating great and set up. I would recommend him to anyone!
