Outstanding service in every regard! We had a skylight that was stuck open and was leaking into the home. Ladd was kind enough to come out the very next day, in the rain, un-stick the mechanism, and close the skylight. He was very clear in his explanations of the problems that existed and very helpful in terms of specifying next steps.

Three minutes later, Ladd called me, listened to my problem, spent a lot of time with me on the phone, and was able to help me fix it myself. We'd gone months thinking ours were broken, and Ladd was able to diagnose and walk me through a fix.

This was above and beyond. He genuinely cared more about helping a stranger than making a sale or a repair. He did not gain anything spending time with me on the phone, and was nice and patient and excited when it worked. We had a really nice conversation.

Mr Skylight is the best! Ladd came on time... He both assessed the skylight leak situation and then jumped back on the roof to immediately fix the leak areas he found ... This all right before we had big storm! ... I was arguing with him about how he did not charge enough considering how excellent his service was! He's one of a kind... Ladd and crew really delivered and then some! Ladd was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He talk us through all of the options and explained clearly how the process would unfold.
We had some conflicts in timing and he was more than amicable in coordinating with us.
The team that showed up was courteous and friendly (+Ladd, he is very involved in the whole process from start to finish). They took time and care to protect anything that might in the least be effected by the work. They even did some extra painting on an existing curb so the job would look professional (to their high standards).

Ladd and his crew replaced two large 30-year-old skylights. The skylights were very heavy. They did a great job protecting the roof and interior while doing the swap.
