After getting multiple quotes from local roofers for an out of the ordinary residential roof project (skylights, flat roof, TPO) we went with Mr Roofers. They were good on availability, price, and expertise. Through out the execution of the project customer service and communication was great. So glad to get this major project addressed for our house and so glad to find Mr Roofers and Gutters.

This company is horrible, they do sub-standard work. A job that was suppose to take three days took three and half weeks. We had to keep calling to get people to come out to finish work. They replaced our gutters and all of the seams leak. The gutters were installed with no slope and overflowed in the middle. We are still finding tacks from when they took off the old roof, even after they assured us they would do a metal sweep and get all the tacks up. We will not recommend this company to anyone.

In August 2018, I spoke with the owner about an estimate. We agreed to the job. He sent out a brand new employee of his (who touted himself as a 20-year painter) to remove the existing gutters. The first thing that happened was that employee began removing the downspouts, too, which we had determined we would leave in place. A call to the owner resolved that. That evening, I found a lot of metal debris all around the house. There were also a couple of large potted plants that had been damaged as I could not remove them myself prior to the arrival of the worker. If they needed to be removed, I would have really appreciated knowing that AND having a little help pulling them back away from the house. After the gutters were installed, I requested a walk off the job due to a few issues that needed to be addressed. I was told the owner was not available that day but payment was needed. I paid but asked that the owner come back out to walk the job. Heavy rain occurred prior to that event. When the owner arrived, I pointed out areas where the slope of the gutters was wrong so the water did not run to the downspouts but collected between them and gushed over the gutter sides. He did have the workers return to correct that. There were a couple of other small matters he was asked to handle... and said he would... but never returned. It was a pretty disappointing experience with a substantial lack of communication once the work was underway. I would not recommend this company.

They are the best in Central Texas. John and his crew were fantastic. He did a complete inspection of my roof problems and repaired only what was needed. I will never use anyone else.

Other roofing companies wanted to replace the entire roof just to keep the shingles the same shade.

I am very satisfied with Mr. roofing and gutters they came by when they said they were coming by. They gave me a great price and did great work. The workers were very courteous and professional. We had a slight problem but they came by a couple days later and fix the problem I am very satisfied I am happy and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Mr. roofing and gutters.

I had seamless gutters installed on my house about 6 months ago. Owner is very nice on the phone. At least half of the 45 connections and end caps leaked. I also paid to have leaf guards installed and had pieces and sections of that missing. They have been back out to my house 5-6 times already and I still have joints that leak. Every time I contact him, he apologizes and says they are going to come back out.....haven't seen him since. I would absolutely not use this company again.
