I requested an appointment for an estimate on 25 May 2020 on their website. I got a call from them on 29 May 2020 and set up for 3 June 2020 at 11:00am. 11:15am rolls around and nobody is here. I give them a call and a man answers. I ask what the deal is, so he looks it up and never gives me a reason why he is not here and says he can make it at 1:30pm. He says they could not start construction until Aug-Sept and asks if that is a problem. I ask the boss lady and she says no problem, so 1:30 it is. Here I sit at 4:50 pm and they are still a no show. I have no idea what business can skip out on a possible 30k-60k project but I will never call this company again. Looked at the Google reviews and they were all good, best company ever. If you cant make it to a set appointment on time and then miss the 2nd one as well, you do not get my money. Sad thing is I have now wasted a week where this could have been getting done and headed toward a construction date. How in the hell do they stay in business by doing this to 1st time customers? Off I go to find a good contractor. If they could have had the decency to just call and say they could not make it before the appointment then I would have no problem, but apparently that is too hard for them to do.

DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR ANY CONTRACTING WORK! I REPEAT DO NOT USE HIM! He will rip you off. All these folks giving wonderful reviews, I find hard to believe. I would love to see pictures of all these fabulous reviews???? Where are they? I hired Moy to install a new kitchen for my elderly widowed mother. He NEVER showed up. He would send one or two workers and they would just work a few hours, then leave. My mother had no kitchen from the beginning of January till the end of March. We had to keep calling him to finish the work. We gave him $4,000 as a deposit for the new cabinets, HE NEVER INSTALLED THE NEW CABINETS. Instead, he patched together what was left of my mom's kitchen, only installed a laminate counter top, a dishwasher and a cheap sink and faucet. Unfortunately, I live in San Antonio and could not deal with this man face to face. HE NEVER ANSWERED MY PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS. Stay away from him, he will rip you off. He very nice and polite, but don't fall for it, he is a con artist.

We hired Moy Construction for a partial garage conversion and the work was clean and professional. He stayed reasonably within the initially quoted price and was always very responsive to all of our questions. The work from beginning to end was done effectively and quickly. We will hire Moy again for future projects. Thank you for your hard work!

I have been using Moy Construction since 2013. I hired them for a bevy of jobs in September 2018. The work was expected to take about a month. I paid them $23,000. Since September, one of his workers stole tools and a $1500 watch from me. Another worker unplugged my deep freezer and left it unplugged, resulting in the loss of over $500 worth of meats and seafood. The jobs have been half-assed. There are places that were kind-of painted that required full painting. I paid for covers for my pergolas. He put up one, which was destroyed by a windstorm with 1.5 months. The others he never delivered. There's an area I had him excavate concrete to lay grass and install a sprinkler system. They laid down dead grass and my dogs dug it up ( they don't dig up living grass). Now, I am left with a large area of dirt with deeps holes that I fall into. By the way, that is my dog area, so they come in the house filthy every day now. He was supposed to plant 2 mature trees. Never did. The list goes on. Texted Moy about all of these problems. If he answered, the answer was that he would be here on a certain day.

It is April 2019 and Moy doesn't respond to any of my texts or phone calls, any more. He owes me thousands of dollars for jobs he did not start/complete and also for the damages and theft done to my home. I have been more than patient.

The work was well done. Few details here and there were off but corrected. A bit pricey too but cheaper than re-bath. I like Moy the owner he is a nice guy and reliable.

I would recommend Moy for remodeling jobs. They have done good work on my house. The owner Moises is a good guy and he responds to phone calls and texts when I have questions or concerns. I've only used them for my roof, kitchen and bathroom but I think they do other types of jobs.
