wow people you really go all out with one stars. But I'll be honest I had no issues at all they got me approved through insurance and insurance paid everything but my deductible. they were on time finished the job when they said they would. yes they had me sign a document. But that document was to protect them and me from insurance fraud. Thank you Mountain Star for your professionalism and the great job you guys did. guess not everyone can be made happy . I am!!!!

The team at Mountain Star Roofing are extremely professional. They assessed the issue, then promptly sent a team of two to take care of the problem. I appreciated Beth because she touched base with me. Working with German and Jesus was a pleasure.

Overall the service at Mountain Star was great. Staff was friendly, The Project Manager (Jesus Sanchez) was there firsthand to do the walk-through inspection of the project as it was in the finishing stages. Overall the roof layout looks very nice. Quite a change in aesthetics. The value is shingle quality is quite good with a 30 year life.

Mountain Star send us Leon to repair our concrete Spanish tile roof. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took video of our roof condition before the repair and after, showing us the work he had done. We only had the work done today so we don't know how it will hold up, but it looks great for now. We're waiting on the rain now. 8-15-24

They seem to be saying you need more repairs than what you actually need. They are friendly people. Haven't had roof repaired yet.

NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY, SOMETHING THEY WILL WANT YOU TO DO UPON INITIAL CONTACT. NO FIRME NADA CON ESTA IMPRESA, ALGO QUE VAN A QUERER CUANDO LLEGAN. I feel like this company grossly overcharged me and my insurance company, and, having patronized them, I feel complicit in that abuse. My experience with this company will be detailed soon. If you give them a deposit, and change your mind, they will keep 35%.

Very unprofessional, owner is rude and does not stand by there warranty or guarantee. Not sure how people rated them so high. high turnover within there own company wonder why that is. Blame customers for their mistakes.

Not only is their service not good as you can see by the rest of the reviews but they will also make you work for them, have you finish the job and not pay a hard working man with his son. Shameful. May karma bite you in the ass and charges filed on you. You can't not pay for a service that was COMPLETED. PAY THEM THEIR MONEY. Your business is obviously not doing good for you to not pay the man $60!!!

If you plan on hiring this company please do your research. I recommend reading the reviews on BBB. Since I hired this company it has been a nightmare. Now I'm out 16000.00 and still need to get my roof fixed.
