I have a cabin near Strawberry on highway 50. During the winter my cabin roof took a beating during a storm. I can not get to my cabin during the winter so I didn't find out about it till spring. I got several estimates, and was completely satisfied with the bid from Mountain Roofing Systems. Sean and his crew did a great job, and in the time frame they gave me. The office staff were great to work with also. I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof or roof repair in the future.

Donnie and crew did an excellent job replacing my roof on a steep and complicated Victorian multi-story house in Fairplay. Matched portion of roof that was newer in great fashion. Great cleanup every day, and took care of all the roof penetrations. Installed gutter guards on my shop and barn, using a better product than what I had suggested. Roofs now not only look great, but are fire safe as well. Nice crew, easy to work with. Took care of any matter that arose.

It's funny to see all these 5 star comments and how one person even said they were ""First Class Job and First Class People"" No they are not.
First of all I need you all to know they are NOT bird people they threw a few nests they found in the roof like it was trash others were left in the roof and the exit was blocked so they couldn't exit and they could be heard chirping for two days when they were told they said they would look but never did. So the birds were silent, and we all know what that means.
Then they put some kind of paper on the roof so it wouldn't get wet, only a few things
1) they didn't cover the whole roof, some parts didn't even get covered at all.
2) some places weren't nailed down all the way
So as you can guess some of the roofs leaked and worse some caved in and in some areas a man came through.
They had someone come and look at the damage in the ceiling but they didn't do anything about the wood damage. FYI they didn't replace the attic insulation. Anything they break they say ""it was like that, we didn't do it""
They did put new gutters but as I look at them I'm wondering how is the water going to drain since there were no downspout to drain so when it rains the water will have no place to drain and will end up breaking and someone is going to get hurt.

I would recommend Mountain Roofing to anyone that's looking for a great experience with professional, courteous, friendly folks at a Mountain Roofing. Re-roofed my home taking old shingle off, discovered dry for, showed me the area's that needed repair gave me a fair price for additional work after discovery. They protected all of our plants and trees directly in the way of old material to haul away.

These guys are top notch! The crew were very polite and courteous. They did an excellent job and when they were done my yard was pristine! It was actually cleaner than it had been when they started! They took care not to disturb my plants and my pond in my backyard. Our new roof and gutters look beautiful!

I did want to take the time to update my previous yelp review. Upon a long conversation with Donnie he did explain to me the situation with the notice I received. I felt better that he took the time to explain it and I understood it with more clarity.
Since that time we've also had a couple of severe leaks in our skylights. When I contacted Mountain Roofing Systems they had someone out within two hours to tarp them and help with some of the water intrusion. Because of our past miscommunication and circumstances Donnie had the new skylights installed and didn't charge us labor which was appreciated.

Mountain Roofing did a GREAT JOB for us. The new roof is beyond beautiful. Most important was the service. Donnie came out did a quote for us, we had a couple of unforeseen expenses that mandated we wait. 10 months later, they honored the quote, and completed our roof last week. The crew is a great bunch of guys. We enjoyed having them on our property.

Without a doubt, I would recommend Mountain Roofing to anyone!
