I found the company's name in the ""BBB accredited roofing contractors"" site. I was looking for an A+ rating which Mountain Pacific Roofing achieved.

I phoned the company to setup an appointment for a free estimate for a replacement of the underlayment of the entire roof of my house. Clemente showed up promptly at the promised time. He inspected and measured the roof which became the basis of his cost estimate. As promised, he provided a detailed written pricing proposal. Out of the four estimates provided by different companies, MPR had the lowest price. I chose this company not only for the price but also the.promptness of Clemente in the inspection process and the timely submission of the pricing proposal.

The actual work commenced one week after I signed the job contract. My payments were made in three segments: 1) due after demolition of the old felt underlayment, 2) due upon delivery of required materials and 3) final payment due upon completion of the job. Clemente and his team completed the project a few days earlier than expected. The city inspector visited twice and signed off on the completed work without any issue. Clemente also furnished me photos of the project from demolition to completion so I have an idea what were done and how it looked like.

I would recommend Mountain Pacific Roofing to my family and friends and to any homeowner with roofing repair needs. I thank Clemente and his team for their hard work and professionalism.

Very professional job, they cleaned up after themselves everyday, they got it done quickly at a reasonable price, others wanted to charged double what Mountain Pacific Roofing charged and Inspector who came out from the city to check on work and sign off said "" This was one of the best roofing jobs he has seen in Covina "" They Painted all the vents to match roof. Glad that we went with Mountain Pacific Roofing.

Mountain Pacific Roofing was one of three contractors who quoted us for our residential re-roof project. Their price was right in line with the other contractors, but it was clear from my first interaction with them that they were the most professional of the group. The owner, Clemente, showed up to the estimate appointment on time and presented information on his company and his contractor's license and insurance, along with a preliminary quote he put together using Google Earth imagery. It was immediately clear that he valued my time and my project. Once we were ready to begin, he drafted a Contract and helped me through the process of permitting and purchasing materials. He gave me tons of options along the way and never rushed or pushed me into any decisions. His crew did a great job and we passed both inspections first try with no issues. Clemente was extremely easy to reach at all times. It was really nice to finally have a Contractor that immediately returned my calls and texts. I had a few last-minute changes to the project, and he was able to accommodate them no problem. When the project was complete, his crew did the honest thing and left any extra material on site for me to return, then he set me up with a lifetime warranty through the shingle manufacturer, as he's a GAF certified installer. I absolutely give this company five stars and I've already recommended them to a few of my neighbors.

Less than a week from getting our keys to our first home, my husband and I noticed a leak in the ceiling and realized that we needed some work done on our roof and fast! We were expected to receive a lot of rainfall in the new few days so of course, we panicked. I honestly don't know what I would have done if we didn't find Clemente! He was so understanding and very swift. He completed the project the same day! His prices were very competitive.
