I purchased a Durasol Sunshelter regal in 2012. The installation was prompt and professional. The heat is cut by 20 degrees and allows me to enjoy our deck.

The electronic motor went out after four years and our warranty was a five year warranty. Jeff the owner of moss contracting went to bat for me with durasol to get a new motor even though he is no longer a distributor for durasol. Long story short We finally got our motor after Jeff worked with Durasol to honor the warranty. It took a while but if not for Jeff we would of never got the new motor from durasol.

Today he put in the new motor and programmed the remote and everything is working fine. Thanks Moss Contracting Services. Just in time for summer!!

I had some doors that needed installing and Jeff was able to drive from San Antonio with little notice and hang them perfectly, in short order. His fee was extremely reasonable, especially considering I don't live in his usual market area. I would definitely use Jeff again.

Moss Contracting Services did an excellent job on my back deck and stairs! He also installed a new metal railing on the new deck with beautiful cedar posts. I could not be more pleased with the end results and the overall professionalism and meticulous attention to detail Jeff showed theoughout the process. I loved it so much I called him back the next month and had him install a motorized retractable awning as well! 10/10 would recommend!!

Moss service was contacted to give an estimate to install a huge awning at my home in Stone Oak. Other contractors would not give estimates due to the out of the ordinary size I required. I ask for referrals from him and the two I ask gave good reviews. Four weeks later the awning was delivered by a freight company. I call Moss office and scheduled to have it installed. 3 days later Jeff Moss came with his crew and installed the awning. It was over 100 degrees that day, he finished the job, cleaned up the area and asked if we were happy.
We are very happy with the awning and his service.
As a followup 2 years later after a manufactured part failed Jeff came out and repaired Awning that was not under warranty. He would not take any money for coming out and making repairs.

We are preparing to file in small claims court against MCS because they promised and promised and gave excuses and never did anything more than dig 2 holes. When asked by our lawyer to return the $3400 we paid, nothing happened. Our guess is that the money was spent on another project.
