Morrow Roofing and siding did an excellent job on replacing my entire roof. Their professional team arrived up early in the morning and was done replacing my large roof the same evening.

The crew did an awesome job cleaning the area afterwards... I highly recommend these guys! I spoke with the owner Brad and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions and gave me a great price as well.

ON-hold ForEver!!

The reason for the negative review is because I got a fair price and they never came. Bradford Wall came out in March of 2013 gave an estimate for the roof. He said they could do it for the price. It was $1000 lesser than the other contracts. Two monthes go by I never hear from them. I finally called in June to find out Bradford Wall put it on-hold. I was told they did not get started because they were handling the roofs from the storms that past two months ago. I was told it would be two months from now. I wait until October to find out Bradford Wall put the contract on-hold again. They said it was because of the rain. I wait until October 7. I tried to get a hold of Brad SorSorenson (owner of Morrow Roofing) but he was never in the office. He never called me back. I sent the Breach Contract notice on October 17, 2013. I wanted them to go away. I wanted get a real roofer who want to do roofs. I was going to put a negative review on Angie's List but they make negative review disappear.

My insurance company referred me to this company and i first called them 6 to 8 weeks ago to come look at a leak in the ceiling of my guest bedroom. I continuously called them and they kept telling me they would be out ""next week"" but when ""next week"" came they never showed up. This went on for weeks. I just now called them back and i was informed they have no record of me ever calling them. Also, and here's the kicker, they stated they do not do repairs to ceilings or give estimates to fix leaking ceilings. Why couldnt they have told me that when i first called 6 to 8 weeks ago? I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB over this. What a lousy way to do business.
