I am so grateful for Will! He saved us this winter!

We never had any roof leaks/issues prior to this past winter's record rainfall, but those storms exposed some roof vulnerabilities.

Roof repair was in super high demand, but gratefully, Will was quick to reply and schedule with us within his high volume of calls and repaired our roof between the storms. His inspectiossessment was as thorough as his work!

Almost as soon as he was done, the rains came again, and our roof passed that ""water test"" with flying colors!

Had them out to assess gutters and hole in eave due to a branch falling on our gutter. I received a quote agreed to a price and he did the gutters fine but ignored the hole in the eave. When I questioned why he said I didn't tell him about that. The reason I called a roofing company instead of a gutter company was because of this repair. It was quite obvious that needed to be part of the job and he totally ignored it saying I didn't tell him. The repair would have taken minimal time but Will chose to ignore it.

A little over a year after our roof was installed, we had Will and his crew out to install our new gutters. As before, Will and his crew are on time, worked very hard, and finished our new gutters, downspouts, leaf guards, re-roofed our well house, and helped install our attic fan in less than a week. Will and his son just came in like knight in shining armors to do an emergency repair for us and again- super grateful and impressed!

We experienced our first heavy rain since moving into our house and unfortunately noticed a leak in our laundry room closet. Even better (Note sarcasm) was a dripping sound we were hearing in the ceiling of the closet. Any home owners nightmare. Who knows what kind of damage that could be doing! I emailed Will right away and he called me within minutes (literally). He wanted to help us diagnose and repair the issue as quickly as possible since not only is a second storm on its' way, but Christmas is next week. He came and looked at our roof as soon as the snow cleared, devised a plan, and was here to work on it 2 days later. It is such a relief to have this taken care of but even more of a relief to know we have such a trustworthy and awesome business on our side for any future roofing needs. Will Morgan is very responsive. He contacted me right away and came out to give an estimate to clean my gutters and put on gutter guards. Will showed up when he said he would and provided an estimate promptly. Will worked around my work schedule to do the work on my home. Will is responsible and a hard worker, he did the work himself. Will was the absolute best to work with, from the initial inspection, to helping us determine what work we could afford and putting in the hard work when installing. We had a tight budget for our roof as we had just bought our house. He gave a very fair price and was willing to work with our needs. The roof turned out amazing and we even received compliments from our neighbors.
