Morgan is a true professional. He's easy to talk to, communicates every step of the way and he'll answer any and every question you have. His crew is clean, fast and respectful. They cleaned up throughout the process. On day one, tarps were down and there was a lot going on when I left. When I returned home from work, the yard was as clean as it was before they started. Day two, I was home for the majority of the day. It was loud as expected but they got the job done as quickly as possible. I enjoyed talking to JJ for a bit while he was in the house replacing the interior part of the skylights. He's a sweetheart.

For any roofing needs, call Morgan! He has your best interest at heart, fair pricing and no bs/fluff like some of the others I spoke to in the quote stage of my project. I'm happy I went with my gut. You won't be disappointed. I'll post pictures soon.

I had a portion of my roof that needed to be repaired. I sent many requests out and some companies were responsive, others didn't want to take on the repairs because it was a large project or simply ghosted me. Luckily for me, Morgan Conley was responsive and explained to me what was needed, provided clear expectations of the process, and provided me a fair price. I spoke to Morgan on Friday afternoon and was told that it could be done before the end of the following week. I was in town for only a few days and asked if we could push it up earlier in the week and Morgan was able to come to my rental property and fix my roof the following Monday. Steve and his partner were professional and diligent. They worked quickly and finished within a few hours. Cleaned everything around them that you would never have known they were ever there. I highly recommend Morgan Conley Roofing and Repair. You will not be disappointed.

Morgan repaired our sunroom roof last December. It started leaking again several months later, and he sent one of his employees to repair it. His employee went up with a tube of caulking for 5 minutes and said it was repaired. It started leaking again soon afterward. We contacted Morgan, and after numerous attempts, he said he was too busy doing a commercial job to come by. Finally he told us he'd stop by on Monday. He never showed up. We tried contacting him again but he never responded. Meanwhile our sunroom is still leaking and we'll have to pay another roofer to repair it. We strongly recommend against using his services.

Did a great job and I appreciate how responsive the owner was. Got back to me same day and had a quote to me very quickly. Left my house very clean afterward and my roof looks amazing! My friends warned me that after replacing the roof I would find nails all over the place, I haven't found not one! The owner and team listened to my concerns and worked with me. Totally recommend.
