I rate this company a big fat ZERO! I called for an estimate and their employee Rob E. came out he then mailed my estimate and pamphlets a week later with price options. I did compare pricing with others companies I called Moran Roofing I left a message with another employee to have R.E. return my call leaving my phone number to go over my estimate, not sure he received my message. I then sent an email twice to Rob to contact me to review pamphlets and options with my address and phone number. I finally received an email back he would call ""later that day"", I never received a call. I rate this company a big fat ZERO! Irresponsible they won't get back with you maybe it's their way of saying not worth their time if they are not going to make the big BUCKS out of you!! THUMBS DOWN!

Moran Roofing did the work on the roofs in our association. Come to find out only a few years after the roof was put on that they left a big hole which exposed my attic to allow in any kind of critter. Also when they did the work on the roof workers were sloppy, left a big mess in my yard. Nice to have to have a patch job done after spending good sum of money for a new roof.

Would not have any work done by Moran Roofing Company.

Jason and his team exceeded all expectations! I must say, superb service and dedication each time from their entire team with a great customer service all around from receptionist, working crew and of course Jason who is extremely professional and passionate about his job. Moran's crew was always prompt and on time and exercised meticulous precision to detail on their projects. Two years ago Jason's team helped successfully and promptly determine a source of a leak in the house which allowed me to quickly address the problem before it became costly and got out of hand. They've also later helped with another job of installing two different and complicated skylights. I was also impressed that Jason followed up several times after we had rain after each product was installed. It is great to see a company that stands proudly by their job done. Simply outstanding!

A skylight in the den leaked and caused exterior and interior damage. Moran Roofing
completed the exterior work and with the severe storms following the repair everything
was perfectly dry. Jason recommended Tomas Sulvaran 925-206-1729 to remove the damaged sheetrock, tape, texture the ceiling and paint. He did a fantastic job and his price was very fair. Thanks to Jason and Moran Roofing. You are the best !!

UPDATE: This morning I had the pleasure of speaking with Jason Moran who laid all my roofing and business practice concerns to rest. He assured me there would be no charge for the service call and even went as far as to give me his own personal cell number if I ever have any concerns again in the future. Jason was VERY professional and gave me the utmost in reassurance that he and his company would have my back... or at least my roof... covered for the next 50 years. I would HIGHLY recommend Moran Roofing to anyone interested in good quality work and with exceptional service.

ORIGINAL 2 Star Review: Discovered my roof was leaking after only 6 yrs. Ron came out to my house the following day and verified the leaking into my attic. Was told I didn't need to be home the following day and he would have the issued fixed. So far, so good. When I returned home at 3pm, I found his business card in my front door. Nothing else. No verification of work done...NOTHING. After two calls over four days for a follow-up, I never had my calls returned. Finally, I called the office directly and was first ""corrected"" that my roof was 10yrs old...which it wasn't, after producing my contract and reviewing it with the person on the other end of the phone, this was resolved as the roof was done (as I said) in 2010 and is 6 yrs old. Was then informed that the leak in my attic was due to a problem with the flashing around the chimney and it is not covered. I had a brand new roof installed 2010 BECAUSE of leaking around the chimney...now I'm being told it's not covered under my 35 year warranty. Must pay for an $85 service call. Horrible business practices. AVOID this company.

Can't say enough about the importance of good quality customer care, which is for me, is almost as important as a good product. Moran Roofing is the complete package!

I just recently purchased a home and needed my roof replaced. I had received many estimates for the replacement, but Moran Roofing was the only one who sent information about their company, their products and services. I called and spoke to Jason and he explained everything and made me feel at ease.
The crew removed the roof, repaired dry rot, installed installation and put the new roof on in two days! I am pretty sure the yard was cleaner when they left!!! I am so thrilled about their service!
