This is yet another roofing company who could not take the time to respond to a phone message (or two). Business must be pretty good if they can ignore potential customers. No recommendation, due to their unresponsiveness.

Ricardo Morales and his crew did an excellent re-roofing job on our house in Santa Cruz, during August 2023. We are very happy with the job and quality of work.

Our re-roof project was large and complex. The house is quite old, and the original roof had been shingled over twice. This year, it was time to tear off down to the structure, repair any damage found, and then cover with OSB and a full new roof. The roof also includes a flat section that required a TPO membrane, and Ricardo and crew also made and installed all gutters and downspouts to our specifications.

Unsurprisingly there was a fair amount of repair needed that was revealed after the tear-off, and Ricardo and crew did a thorough job on the repair construction as well.

Throughout the process the communication was clear and sensible, and the crew was friendly and hardworking. Ricardo was very fair about everything and the final invoice was clearly documented.

We appreciate the great job!

With the market so hot due to last high-wind season, roof contractors are in high-demand. We would be lucky to get a callback, let alone an estimate.

Ricardo promptly came to estimate and did comprehensive planning. The crew came on time on scheduled date and finished permitting on time as well. All our questions and concerns are addressed quickly, politely, and with complete sense.

After I received a text from my neighbor saying that there were shingles in her yard (not to mention an alarming picture of my roof) -- I panicked. Ricardo and his crew equate to phenomenal and nothing less. While getting my solar panels installed my front rain gutter was dented right in the center. Did my diligence and reached out to a few folks on yelp and Ricardo was the best in terms of communication , establishing the plan to do it and then showed up on the date promised ready to roll. There were some hiccups while connecting the gutter fabricating tool to the right switch in my house (Since it was tripping) till we found the right one and then it was a breeze. Fabricated the gutter (52' long) , set it up in no time , and as well painted it with the exact color (exact shade ) as its predecessor and had it all done in less than half a day. Definite , definite recommendation!!!
