Their customer communication is very unprofessional. Initial proposal received prior to Ian. Shortly after Ian, sales representative arrives with an assignment of benefits proposal to sign instead of the original proposal. I signed the original proposal. Time goes by and I receive a call to come to the office to sign notice of commencement. I am told due to the volume of contracts a representative cannot be sent to my home to have this signed. I drive to the office only to arrive and be asked to sign a blank document. I decline to sign a blank document and offer to return later. Lisa asks me to wait while she properly fills out the notice of commencement she wants me to sign. I wait and sign. Time goes by and I get a call from Lisa(not Gordon who was sales rep) that the type of shingles in the contract are not in stock ""Would I be ok with a different type/color."" I express my confusion since the contract clearly indicated color and brand. She then says nevermind it shouldn't take but a few weeks to order the correct ones. Time goes by and one day shingles are delivered with zero notice from MooreCorp that they are being delivered. I attempt to find out where they want the delivery guy to put them because he asks me and I have no clue where he should put them. The delivered product sits in my yard for at least a week to ten days before I get a phone call that they want to come on the first day that the weather report says it is going to begin raining by 2pm. To tear off and dry-in. I request assurance that I won't get any damage if they are unable to tear off and dry-in before the rain begins. She indicates that she will delay the start of the job until later. A few days later I get a phone message that she had intended to send a crew out that day but couldn't reach me by phone so she sent them to another job. I called back and requested at least a days notice so that I could make sure the dogs were inside and the gates were open. A few days later she schedules them to start. The crew arrived at 7:30 am and worked until dark the first day, returned the next day and worked another four hours to complete the dry-in. On the day they are tearing off, in the middle of the afternoon, I get a phone call asking if I've given her a check. I had not been asked for a check until that day so I had to figure out how to get a ride to the bank to make a deposit to ensure sufficient funds were available and I write a check for the initial amount due. Inspection of the dry-in takes several weeks to complete. The crew returns to complete shingle install over a two day period. A few days later the first email arrives with final invoice attached. I respond to the email inquiring whether the final inspection had been scheduled. Over the next several days I receive the same email but no acknowledgement or indication of the status of final inspection schedule. Each time, I respond asking for status of final inspection. Basically asking to confirm it had been scheduled. None of my requests for status were acknowledged. Next communication I received is a phone call that ended with the owner and office staff indicating that if I did not bring a check to the office by close of business today a lien would be put on my house and all warranties voided. I called the City and was told that a final inspection had not been scheduled. I asked what I needed to do and the city scheduled the final inspection for me. I took payment to MooreCorp immediately to avoid having warranty on $18,918.99 roof voided. Hopefully the roof will pass final inspection. If it doesn't pass inspection, I hope they will return and fix any deficiencies. I am shocked that any business would resort to adversarial business relationship instead of proper communication with a customer to ally concerns regarding status of the work being performed.

Outstanding services. My roof was replaced in good time. My sales associate kept great communication throughout the whole process and made sure that we were properly taken care of throughout all the steps from picking our shingle color to making our deposit. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a great family company

Showed up when they said, did a great job and they handled my insurance claim so I didn't have to. The owner even showed up to my place and I still have his personal cell. Fantastic contractor.
