They are aptly named Moore Roofing because you will absolutely pay ""Moore"" that what they promise. Pre-sale, they promise smooth interaction with insurance deductibles and fair pricing. After the fact, they reneged on their contract and lied about what they had originally promised.
In disputing the charges, we ended up in the shifting sands of ""well, it was only an estimate and pricing changes, blah blah blah.""
When confronted with the contract and clearly stated deductible, the response was ""the contract doesn't say ""full"" deductible"", and we ended up having to pay ""moore"".
Lastly, as we were trying to get clarification on the bill, they had the nerve to put a lien on our home!
Stay away.

THE BIGGEST RIP OFFS ON Marco Island. They lied to people at a time of weakness after the Hurricane about deposits, stated specifically what they would repair for the 500 deposit that I gave them then turned around and changed this story by telling me that the person who explained the repair was no longer with them,when they finally came out they jacked the price up over a thousand dollars, and still left Palm frowns on the roof after replacing 11 shingles. 1 star is too kind to these crooks I hope some day they get what is coming to them,a real bunch of thieves.

Now that everyone on Marco has new roofs or repaired roofs, Moore roofing will go out of business. They are liars and cheats, insurance company rip-offs for shoddy work they perform. Never again will we do business with this group! No star rating for Moore roofing!

I hired Moore Roofing on 12/12/17 to fix my Marco Island roof post hurricane Irma (I gave them a $500 deposit which they were fixated on getting). As of 4/23/18, they never came out to fix it so I hired another company who fixed it 2 days later. Moore said that they have to keep $150 of my deposit to cover their admin costs even though they had no intention to fix my roof, they just wanted my deposit for doing nothing! IMO, these people are the worst of the worst, taking advantage of catastrophe victims is horrible. STAY AWAY!!!!

Horrible business. Taking large deposits from people and not contacting them afterwards. Unable to contact them by phone or at the office. Don't waste your money!

A 1 star is even too good for them. THEY ARE GOUGING. Stopped in to inquire about getting repairs to roof. Was told that for Over $400.00 they would fly a drone over our house and asses the damage. Shame on them for doing this. Too me it seems like price gouging and taking advantage of the people of Marco Island. I would never use them. Also they put up a vent for my neighbor and during the storm it blew off, however, her older vent on the room did not. Shotty work in the least. They charged her $900 to put the vent on. They said they would be out the next day to repair it, havent shown up yet. They are disgusting and liars.

On time, seemed to do a good job, friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest so shop around and they might price match.

MARCO RESIDENTS BEWARE-A ROUTINE GUTTER JOB STILL NOT DONE!!!
1. MARCH 2015-We had Moore Roofing out twice to show them the side of the house that we wanted to be sure was included in their initial estimate. After explaining to Pat what we wanted, we selected Moore's and they started work but did not complete the job before we left for the season. That should not be a problem for a routine gutter job, but OH BOY!
2. APRIL 2015- Invoice received and we paid completion balance in full.
3.JULY 2015-We returned to a back yard stacked with the old gutters that they did not haul away! Also, the side we wanted included not even touched yet. .After calling and emailing them, Moore Roofing came back out and still failed to run the gutters the full length of the side of the house and instead ran a ridiculously small gutter instead. See Photos.
4. Their response has been either ""read the contract', ""owner Tom is out of town"" or ignoring our emails; I.E.CUSTOMER DISRESPECT!
5. DECEMBER 2015- After retiring from the military, we returned to see the terrible 8 foot long gutter wondering who to call next to fix what MOORE ROOFING SCREWED UP AND IGNORED 3 TIMES IN THE PLANNING/BID, EXECUTION AND FOLLOW UP!

They didn't return my calls for a month, then when they finally did the office lady was very rude. So I went with another company. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
