Terrence deserves a 6 star review !!!
My kitchen roof has been leaking for a long time and I've had other contractors looking at it a few times over the past 2 years, and tried some fillings myself. None of the contractors were able to find the problem and some suggested me replacing the entire flat area on the roof! This year it got worse after these rains and I was doing kitchen remodeling. All these companies with good reviews on Yelp did not want to do repairs for me because the project is too small, even though they put repair services on their yelp page.
Then I found Terrence!!! He was able to do the repairs so so quickly! and it worked!!! At least after the rains during the past week, it is dry! It's such a bug relief for me!

Terrence Moore provided us excellent, quick service. We were in need of a new roof (fast!) after we were informed by our home insurance carrier they would cancel our policy if we didn't replace it within 60 days. Moore provided a quick quote, came in MUCH lower than the competing bids I received and completed the work in a single weekend.

He also upgraded various roof fixtures to meet updated residential codes and even repaired our skylight. We did have to handle a fair amount of cleanup ourselves (since our ancient roof didn't even have a plywood sheet base and the debris from removing the old roof fell everywhere into our garage and attic) but given the super affordability of his top notch work it was well worth it.

I was in need of some emergency repairs for my roof when I noticed a leak after the most recent rain. I called Terrance from Moore Residential Roofing based on his Yelp review. I was in luck as he was available to come for an estimate the next day since sporadic weather delayed his other projects.

We inspected the whole roof together especially where I pointed out potential areas of concern. Terrance recommended repairs and maintenance by priority and then sent me an estimate the next day. Again, I was lucky that he was available soon after. He made all the necessary repairs in one day and then sent me pictures. I was more than satisfied with his quick and thorough work, not to mention his great communication. I highly recommend Terrance and Moore Residential Roofing for your roofing needs.

Good communication is one of my first prerequisites for working with any contractor. Mr. Moore communicates poorly if at all. I first asked for a bid Nov. 9. He responded immediately that he would not be able to do the work until mid-January at the earliest; I replied that this time frame was not a problem for me. The next contact was 11 days later on Nov. 20 when he sent an email giving me less than an hour's notice that he would perform a site inspection. I didn't see the email right away and just caught him as he was departing after his inspection of the roof. He stated that a bid would be sent in a few days. I emailed him 2 days later on Nov. 22 asking if I had misunderstood him about receiving a bid. No reply. So now over a week later with zero response, I just signed a deal with PetersenDean who is great to work with so far. I am a former contractor. I never understand how contractors such as Mr. Moore stay in business. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

Boulevard. we are really impressed by his roof
repairing skills and professionalism. We had a chronic
