READ CAREFULLY AS THIS IS NOT A 5 RATING IT IS A 1 AND IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS 10 RATING I WOULD I posted a review last month and gave these guys a rating of 1 and it is not showing under reviews. just another example of what unprofessional, unethical, shady scam artists, and rude folks these guys are, especially RYAN STELL. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY REVIEW???

I don't care if Ryan messed up and should not have promised in an email to take care of my hotel bill in the middle of july in texas because their contractors who ryan admitted btw they were NEVER going to use again, pounded a nail through my roof puncturing the freon line to my AC. Moore Construction knew all of the homes on my street were built in the 80's and should have checked the attic to see exactly where they needed to be careful in order to not puncture a hole into the freon line leaving me without AC for 2 weeks as it was July in Texas and AC guys were not just standing around waiting for customers,. CUSTOMERS had to wait! They are supposed to be the experts and know to check the attic. the AC company even documented the incident was Moore's fault and responsibility and the freon line was installed properly. So Ryan probably got his hand slapped by the owner Joe moore for promising something he did not have the authority to do but doesnt matter, Ryan acted as a representative of the company and put it in writing that they would cover my AC hotel bill.

All of this probably could have been avoided if someone from Moore construction would have been there supervising the horrible contractors they used. Ryan had a beef with me from the second i simply asked why the guys were under the shade tree in my front yard more than on the roof. I understand they need to take several breaks in the heat but again, commitments not kept, RYAN STELL, advised me a day to a day and a half to complete the job and it ended up being 3 plus days and then the nightmare with getting the freon line fixed, etc...and Ryan having to get up on the roof himself to make an entry into the roof for the AC guys because his contractors did not show up, once again!!

I hope the new owners of the home had to have Moore over there to replace the whole roof!!

Do NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON THE WORK AS THEY WILL DO SHODDY WORK!!! AND ADMIT IT LOL!!! AND MAKE SURE SOMEONE EXPERIENCED IS THERE TO SUPERVISE, NOT A GUY POPPING IN A COUPLE TIMES WHO WAS NEW TO THE INDUSTRY AND HAD ONLY BEEN WORKING FOR MOORE FOR 2 WEEKS AT THE TIME

We hired Moore Construction to install a new roof to our house while we lived in it, so I have been able to observe them closely. Very competent workers, attentive and tidy. They have made it all very easy. I recommend them.
