Quick, professional estimate, quick turnaround on a very small job. That is good.

The problem is that the work done was a bit careless and they did not notice wildlife intrusion into the attic. I realize this is not their line of work, but in my opinion, they should have noticed and alerted me.

I would never use Moore again. Didn't make any of their deadlines. Tried to squeeze more money out of us because they claimed that they didn't properly measure our roof. Replaced a skylight in our bathroom and did not flash properly so leaked. Not only did their Project Manager never physically show up on property but kept making excuses that he was just too busy! Their various teams would just show up at various hours/days without informing us. My husband And I actually had to conduct the punch list and no one showed up for s final walk through. Chris the salesman was terrific but James the PM was rude and inept. We repeatedly called the owner who never returned our calls. Don't hire this company!

I e-mailed for a quote and Sally was most helpful. My appointment time came and went without a call or anyone showing up to do the quote. I reached out the next day and was told ""Miguel"" was informed of the appointment and would be in touch shortly. Hours later I e-mailed back and told Sally not to have Miguel call me. He called right after I sent the e-mail and didn't leave a message so I Goggled the number and found out who it was. That did it for me they lost me as a potential customer and I reached out to other companies for a quote on window replacement and siding. The sad part I chose them based on all the great reviews they had. So disappointed.

These guys did top-notch work on my house. The job turned out to be bigger in a few areas, and the weather made it very tough on them.

However, the finished product is awesome! Each area where they worked on my house turned out super nice, and we couldn't be happier. The salesman was great and the working crew were absolutely superb. I would recommend them for any home renovations you need done!

I had an amazing experience, Joe is an honest man that takes care of his customers, the crew came on time to do my roofing, the people was friendly and Moore construction took care of everything, he did exactly what he said he was gonna do, I already got a lot of compliments for both my roofing and fence, it was so easy to work with his company compared to other companies I worked with in the pass, outstanding job, I definitely recommend this company for all your exterior remodeling.

Shout out to #Mooreconstruction company. They installed a fence for me last month.We were heading out on vacation and needed the dogs to be secured so they squeezed us in before we left. While digging the holes for the fence posts they accidentally severed the electrical wires to the sprinkler timer. When we got home from vacation our lawn was turning brown so we assumed the timer was old and had broken. We called a handyman, George Callicut, to install the new timer and he discovered the severed lines.
Moore Construction paid George to make necessary repairs and refunded
me the cost of the timer since my original wasn't actually broken. I recommend them highly.

Update...I'm changing my rating to a 3 Star because the front gate keeps leaning in and we can't open it...they've come out 3 times to repair it but all they do is shave the end board so it will close...for a while...till it leans again. I don't know anything about construction but I assuming re-setting the post would be the correct answer to the problem. They have literally shaved the end piece of wood so much that it is thin and it still doesn't keep the gate from leaning in again and we cannot open the gate from that side of the house at all.
I am done calling them to repair the issue. At this point I'll just pay somebody else to come out and do it properly.

Had them come out and replace the siding on my house last Saturday. They did a great job, love the work they did.
But they left materials in my driveway claiming they'd come get it Monday. Not happy about that, they should have taken it with them, but they said they'd get in Monday, so no big deal. Monday I get home from work and it's still there. Tuesday I get home from work and it's still there. My mother called to follow up and they said they'd come get it Wednesday or Thursday. I found that uncommitted response unacceptable so I called their after hours answering service and said they needed to have it out Wednesday without question. Wednesday I get home from work and this stuff is still in my driveway...4 days after the job is complete. So I call their after hours answering service again and leave a message again and also call the cell-phone number provided, but nobody answers or responds. So I load it in my truck and post a review on their facebook page saying how dissatisfied I was and I'd be taking it to the dump. They respond to the facebook post and say they will come get it the following day. Thursday I get home from work and it's still there in the bed of my truck. Friday I get home from work and it's still there. So I respond on the previous facebook post again expressing dissatisfaction and the guy tries to argue with me about ""miscommunication"". There's no miscommunication. You gave three dates (Monday Wednesday and Thursday) of when this stuff would be picked up, but it's still here. My driveway is not a public storage facility or dump site. This shows me that this company doesn't stand by their word, which makes them liars and they have no respect for their customers property which means they have no integrity. Will not use them again.

Very disappointed with my experience. Don't get me wrong, the people that work for this company seem to be nice people, but the service I received (or lack thereof) was very unprofessional. The salesman (who shall remain unnamed) came to my house 3 separate times to look at the roof for a quote, but never bothered to call me ahead of time when I specifically requested MULTIPLE times a 30 minute heads up. I had to rush home from work every time. Furthermore, it has been over a week and I have not yet received a quote for my roof. I was told last Friday that he would call/email me ASAP. It is now Thursday and I have not received a word. I guess they just do not want my business, which is a shame because I was looking to get my entire roof replaced.

When getting the quote for my fence, comparing with other company quotes, he didn't seem to want to do a lot of quotes. Only the ones he wanted to give. It was originally way over priced than what the other companies provided. He then call me and said the prices lowered and would email me shortly but i didn't hear from him for another week or 2. He called instead of emailed and even then when i said the options i wanted the quote on he went for the larger one ( 8 foot board on board with extending the fence. ) instead of giving me the additional quote for if i wanted the 6 foot or not to extend. Maybe I was spoiled by the prior company's quote before this company but the prior one gave me 8 different quotes that we will decide on once we know exactly how much we have in feb.. This guy since day one made it sound like he didn't want to put to much effort into it and it kept feeling like he was forcing choices on me. The other company won my business not just on price (wasn't that much of a difference) but on presentation and actually willing to help instead of just making a big sale. When I explained why I was going with the other company and how he was presenting himself he just laughed at me and hung up. I will not do business with this company.
