We had someone come out to provide a quote for a backyard patio project. At our first scheduled meeting the guy was a no show. It turned out there was a scheduling snafu - that stuff happens, no big deal. We were able to reschedule; however, the person who came out did not seem very knowledgable. He wanted to know what we wanted (which is good) but could give no suggestions as to what he'd recommend. Therefore, we didn't get the feeling he had much experience or expertise. As he left, he said he'd be emailing a quote. But I didn't hear from him again! We obviously won't be working with them, which is too bad because the pictures of their work looked great.

I highly recommend Moore Construction. I used them to replace a roof and address some other damage from a house I own in Plano, TX. Although right after the large hail storm that moved through this area in spring 2016 caused quite a bit of backlog on roofers and construction trades, Miguel from Moore Construction was able to get over to my property, make an assessment, get me scheduled and get my roof replaced. Miguel was very easy and very flexible and him and his crew worked around several schedule conflicts. Not only did Miguel get my roof replaced (along with getting other hail damage addressed), but he worked closely w my insurance company to ensure all the damage was taken in account and I was fully reimbursed for all the work that was performed. Great job to Miguel and Moore Construction.

Amazing service. Price was extremely reasonable and Todd is knowledgeable and helpful and will solve any issue is a timely manner. I am a extremely satisfied and know who to call when I have questions and concerns about roofing and construction. In May I contacted a few roofing companies. I couldn't even get anyone to get on the roof to give me a proposal because they knew my insurance company was going to pay for a new roof so they would just do it for whatever the insurance check was written for. Miguel Herrera with Moore Construction came over and did an impressive job with his proposal. I agreed and was told they'd start at the beginning of June. June 8 I texted since I had not heard from them. I was told they would start the following week. The next text was mid July. This time they were trying to coordinate with the duplex attached to mine. They finally started on my neighbors August 1, even though they knew mine needed to be completed ASAP since my mom would be coming home from the hospital and didn't need the noise. When I called I was told my roof was too steep and the roofers didn't want to get on it, (it's the same steepness as my neighbors) I asked him to communicate with me and I was assured he'd be there after lunch. It's now 5:45 and I have not seen him or heard from him. I cannot say whether or not the work will be up to par but I can say the lack of communication has been frustrating. A phone call with updates goes a long way. More to come after they finish the job. I would appreciate a call back from management.
Well, I'm happy to say that Moore Construction has really turned the corner in my opinion. I called about a leak and Steve came out to see the cause. He said it was actually the mortar in the brick causing the leak. He actually got a mason to come out and do a quick repair. So far so good. I appreciate him going the extra mile.

Todd came out to assess a leak in our roof and was very professional and friendly. He came out a week later to fix it but it was raining so he put a tarp up to prevent anymore water leaking in. He showed up the next day (Sunday) to complete the repair! I've already recommended them to a co-worker and plan on using them in the future. I'll remove the buckets we had placed up in the attic to catch water in the next day or so and update this review if there is still any sign of leakage. If I don't update it, there was no leak!

Only one tiny issue - he didn't have the capability to accept a card.

Miguel and the team were AMAZING!! We had our sunroom converted into a patio, a new cedar fence installed, new gutters, French drains installed, painting of all siding/trim and front door, and other smaller jobs like installing new lighting and house numbers. They managed to get all this done in 3 1/2 days and it looks wonderful! It was great that Moore Construction was a ""one-stop shop""--it kept us from having to deal with multiple crews, vendors, bids, and made scheduling a breeze (which was very important to us, as my husband and I work full time).
We've never had work done on our home, so we were a little intimidated by the process. Miguel walked us through every step and even provided several options that would save us money. He's got a great eye for paint color and made suggestions that we ended up using--it looks great! He was extremely flexible, he was always easy to contact, and answered all my questions and concerns promptly. His crew worked fast and cleaned up everything completely. I definitely plan on working with them in the future for more projects that come up and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks Miguel!! And thanks, Moore Construction!

Moore Construction was great!! I had siding on my house fixed and water damage areas repaired on my inside (baseboards, tile, etc.) and they were very reasonably priced and the workers were very kind and quick! I will definitely use their services again. Thanks Moore Construction :-)

These guys were great. I needed my front balcony repaired. The wood had started to rot and I was afraid it would fall off the house. I sent requests for estimates to five different companies. Moore was the ONLY one that responded. There representative arrived at my home the next day and surveyed the work. We had a nice conversation and he presented several options. I received the estimate the next day. Once I agreed the work started about a week later and was done in two days. The person who did the estimate was on site frequently to check on the work and make sure I was satisfied with the wok so far. Any questions and clarifications were handled quickly and professionally. Cleanup was also very good. The net result was a balcony that not only will out live me (the main goal) but looked better than the original. All in all an excellent experience.

I had an excellent experience with Moore Construction! I hired them primarily to replace old and damaged siding on a couple sides of my house, as well as repair a water-damaged interior wall. I ended up also having them replace the gutters and downspouts on those same sides, as well as do some additional repairs inside that I had been putting off.

All the workers were great; they did an excellent job and were both fast and courteous. But my positive experience was mostly due to my sales rep/general contractor, Miguel Herrera, who made the whole process easy and unintimidating. I had a tight budget and was nervous about what it would end up costing, but Miguel eased my concerns by making cost-saving recommendations. He broke it all down for me super clearly and his advice on everything from materials (such as high-quality James Hardy siding) to color choices was really helpful. I really appreciated that he didn't push for anything more that what was truly needed. I'm very happy with the choices I made and everything looks amazing! He was on site the majority of the time and was always available to patiently answer any of my questions throughout the whole process. He worked really hard to ensure my satisfaction by double-checking all the work personally and keeping me updated throughout. Miguel seems to genuinely care about providing excellent service and earning customers' trust by delivering it. I enjoyed his enthusiastic, optimistic personality; he made what can all too often be a headache actually kind of fun!

I look forward to using Miguel and his skilled crew again when I'm ready to replace the rest of my siding and make any other other repairs and/or improvements to my home. :-)

Had an apt scheduled for a quote for Wednesday night at 5:30. She did not show up till after 6:00. It was dark then and she could not see. Rescheduled for 10-10:30 the next morning and showed up at 11:30. Said I would have a quote by Tuesday, its Friday and I have not heard from them. At this point, even if it was a good quote, I would not use them.
