I hired Francisco and Heidy to assist with the remodeling of my house, expecting professional guidance and help with submitting plans to the county. After about a year and a half of delays and unfulfilled promises, I decided to investigate further by visiting my local building department. To my surprise, I discovered that little progress had been made on my project.

During a conversation with a county employee, I learned that Heidy had assured me she would submit a complete set of plans, but only a preliminary application had been filed and later withdrawn. Throughout the process, I encountered inconsistencies regarding the planning and additional charges for services that I believed were included in our original agreement.

When I expressed my concerns, tensions rose, and I felt that they reacted negatively, even contacting the county about my property after I sought legal resolution.

Given my experience, I recommend seeking a licensed architect with a physical business location instead of working with individuals who operate from home. It's crucial to thoroughly verify credentials and track records before making a decision.

I invested over $10,000 for two projects with them and will consider further action if my concerns are not addressed.
