I am a Property Manager with accounts in Orange and LA Counties. I've used McCarthy Roofing on my condo accounts for years, with excellent results. Aaron, the new owner has not only carried on the personal service that John cultivated, but has worked hard to improve the record keeping, photo documentation, reasonable costs, and all around service that I've been used to.

I use them for my annual roof ""tune-ups,"" as well as repairs to any leaks that arise during the year. My homeowners and Board Members compliment their thorough work, clean work environment, communication, and prices!

I highly recommend McCarthy Roofing, and will definitely continue using them on my properties!

I serve on a HOA board that contracted with McCarthy Roofing to replace the roofs on two of our buildings. I AM WRITING IN MY PERSONAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A BOARD MEMBER. Nonetheless, I think the other board members would agree with giving McCarthy a stellar recommendation.
I highly recommend McCarthy Roofing. Aaron, the owner, was easy to deal with--he was professional, personable, and above all honest! The workers did excellent work--the HOA had six other buildings that were replaced over the last several years with another company. The experience with McCarthy well exceeded the prior experience. I personally checked out references beforehand and all people--including HOA management companies--raved about McCarthy Roofing.
My husband and I also contracted with McCarthy Roofing to correct the diverters on our patio as our building was done by a previous company. Since all the work was done during the covid epidemic, I was highly pleased that the worker on our patio wore a mask -- and all discussions I had with Aaron were done in conformance with covid protocals.
If you are looking for an honest, professional company to do minor or major roofing projects, Mc Carthy will not disappoint!!!

McCarthy Roofing did the reroof on my 2-story apartment complex. They did an excellent job with the tear-off, repairs and application of the new torched roofing for the flat roof areas and new tile on the slope roofs. They were clearly focused on the safety of their employees as well as the safety of our residents.
We had an issue with a couple of flat roofs that received the wrong material. Unfortunately, the crew assigned to the buildings were not notified that the wrong material was delivered and they applied the material. Fortunately, once the owner of McCarthy Roofing found out about the problem, he ordered and delivered the correct material and paid to have it applied over the initial material.
I would use McCarthy Roofing again in the future.

I had them replace a flashing in May of 2018. Needless to say it leaked in the last heavy rain in November 2019 and I lost a ceiling at a rental property. In a nutshell, Debbie kept telling me they would come out the next day but I didn't get a call that they could come until weeks later. If you can't make it just be honest. They also sent some kind of crazy email that they will charge $350 to come out in an emergency and another $50 to fix a leak if they are able. These guys are clueless about customer service.

I used McCarthey roofing for a leak we had over our master bath. The gentleman that came out was professional and fixed what he thought was the problem. I asked for the price and he said they would send me a bill. The bill came ($250) and we paid it thinking the problem was fixed. The next rain proved that wrong. It was a heavy rain so I knew they would be very busy and it might take time for them to respond to my email about the issue. Another week passed and we received another storm reminding me they still had not contacted me back. Now it's February 13th so I called and spoke with their representative directly. She apologized for taking so long and said someone will be out to fix ASAP. Today is the 20th and I called again and they are see"" what"" they can do. We will see. I hope to update this review with a positive update.

They did come out and remedy the situation. No more leak so far! Thank you for following up with me about my concern.

In my experience they are true professionals that are straight forward and honest. Two of my family members used their services and referred them to us. I'm sure glad they did! From the estimate to the job installation McCarthy Roofing did a great job. I would use their company again in a heartbeat!

I recently used McCarthy Roofing for a ""Roof Tuneup"" of a 10 foot by 10 foot section of my roof as well as replacing over 100 broken cement tiles and replacing dry rotted wood. Carlos and his crew were absolutely great. They arrived on time both days, explained what they were going to do and did an outstanding job cleaning up after each day.

The crew at McCarthy Roofing were very professional and did an outstanding job. They will be my go to roofers in the future.
