Advertised as a weather/waterproofing emergency company, this business failed me miserably. I first tried to contact them three weeks ago after a very heavy rain. I needed to weatherproof my building/warehouse as it was leaking badly. When I called their number I got a recording that was set on it endless loop of trivial holiday facts. I was left on hold for over 15 minutes before finally speaking to a live person. Unfortunately this was only answering service. After leaving my name and number and expressing the urgency I was told I would get a call back. It took six days to get a call back. The weather was calling for rain again but when I tried to schedule an appointment the salesman told me he would call me when he could meet me at the warehouse. Instead of calling me ahead of time I get a call the next day saying he is at the warehouse. Luckily I was able to rush over there and meet with him. I pointed out all the leaks and he said he would get a quote to me for repairs ASAP. Five days later I get a call from him. he said he didn't want me to think that he had forgotten about me but that he had spoken to my landlord also while he was at the warehouse (apparently before I got there) and that my landlord had told him that he would take care of the leaks so therefore he didn't want to waste any of his time getting me a quote. What the hell? I spoke to my landlord and he saidthat he never said that. As a matter of fact he had given him his email also so that he could get a copy of the quote. So what's up with that? Why would he not call me sooner? Why did he waitalmost another full week before letting me know that he had no intention of getting me quote? Anyway long story short do not depend on these people they are flaky at best.
