I signed with this company on October 20, 2017. (after Irma) They said they would be putting my roof on in February. When February came and went, they said it would ""2 weeks,"" then ""two weeks"" then ""two weeks"" . . . then they stopped saying a time, but I was 6th on the list for a regular shingle roof. Finally, they said it would be done within the month something during May! That month came and went.

So I interview 2 other companies and found that Good Neighbor Roofing was the only one that would make sure the shingles and all materials were onsite before tear-off! They said end of August . . . however, they are here today (July 25)!!

So unless you are an industrial site, you might want to skip Montgomery Winslow. I hate to say that, because I like their people . . . just not how they run the business.

I signed a contract with Montgomery Winslow approximately 7 days after the hurricane and have been told various excuses why they were unable to schedule the installation of a new roof for my home. Initially, they were to begin work after Thanksgiving, then after Christmas, in February, then March, now during the rainy season. I am now forced to find another roofing company. I don't know if the problem is poor management or simply greed however, their practice takes money out of the community and puts it into these large out-of town firms. Their web site attempts to emphasize this ""support local business"" idea but as I have experienced, it hasn't been able to deliver in my situation.
