I am once again leaving a five star review for Manuel and his company! Since my initial review we have called and used Manuel two more times. Our roof is not old at all but unfortunately we have a spot (very high up) that gets hit by a wind tunnel and when a strong storm hits it usually means some missing shingles. Every time we call him he is more than happy to come out even though it is a small job (other companies won't bother with such a small $ job) and he usually comes out same day or less than 24 hours from the time we call. He is honest, hard working and very fair in pricing. I don't hesitate to call him and would never use anyone else.
